The episode starts with Roshni asking Bablu about DD’s opinion regarding Sid’s family. DD comes and says she is happy about the alliance. Naani sees changed DD and asks her to be like this. Bablu suspects DD and asks her what she is up to. She says she is happy about he daughter’s alliance and asks him not to tell what happened at Sid’s house. Bablu agrees and goes out. DD then calls Krish and gives him a task. Krish thinks she did a big mistake by trusting her, he will take revenge now.
Roshni calls Sid and happily informs about DD’s approval for their marriage. Sid thinks DD has accepted his challenge and says Roshni that he convinced DD with his wit and charm. She says that is the reason she chose him, says she has to inform about this to her friends
Roshni is asleep in her room and wakes up hearing a song from window. She gets afraid and goes go check. She turns back seeing nobody and gets afraid when Sid touches her from back. Sid gifts her bridal dupatta. They hear sound from downstairs, Roshni gets afraid and goes to check. She sees Resham in the kitchen. Resham sees their shadow and gets afraid thinking it is a ghost. She shouts, whole family comes out. She says she saw ghost. DD also comes out and asks her to go and sleep. Once everyone go in, Sid and Roshni start romancing in the hall. DD comes back and watches them, she thinks she will plan to break the marriage.
DD calls Sid’s mom and asks how many people are coming for Sid and Roshni’s engagement, asks her to send Sid to select ring as she does not want Fashion street’s cheap ring and scolds her to wear proper dress and come, she cannot see poor people in her house. Mom gets angry hearing that and says DD is more arrogant that they think, she is calling her poor. Dad asks her to calm down until Sid is married. Sid thinks DD must be conspiring something.
Roshni and other ladies select their dresses for marriage. DD comes out and makes a fake call to Sid’s mom and says she will accept all her demands. Roshni asks what demand she is talking about. DD says they are demanding dowry and asks her not to worry, she will accept their demands. Roshni is surprised to hear about the demand and says she will speak to Sidharth. DD says she will not talk to him as it is a common custom in the society. Roshni thinks DD is mistaken, Sid’s parents won’t accept dowry.
Roshni selects jewelry for herself and imagines Sid in the mirror, who opines his choice. Sid reaches there for real. DD sees him and asks servant to get Sid’s ring size and give him the best one. She asks him to give his list. She gets into her cabin, checks the list and keeps in her diary. Roshni comes there and sees that. DD goes out to see off naani. DD checks the list and is shocked to see it is dowry list from Sid’s parents. DD watches that smirks. She takes out the original paper and thinks she had to do this as she cannot see Roshni with a poor/phatichar.
Precap: Roshni shows Sid dowry list and asks him if he believes in dowry. He says it is not his list. She says she saw him giving the list.
