At the hospital, receptionist informs Neel that they need Parameshwari’s family member’s signatures on consent form before starting further treatment. Neel requests receptionist to charge his phone and once it’s charged, he attempts to call Riddhi, but frustrated Riddhi switched off her phone. Neel thinks Riddhi will regret her absence. He then calls Kanchan, who scolds him for disturbing her. Neel informs Kanchan that Parameshwari has been admitted to the City Hospital following a heart attack. After ending the call, Neel consults the doctor about Parameshwari’s condition. The doctor explains that they have done their best, but her condition remains critical. Disheartened, Neel laments that Parameshwari, who always calls for Riddhi, is now left without her when she needs her the most.
Neel’s parents rushes towards the hospital when they learn that Neel is in a hospital. Gangadhar wonders how to locate Neel’s hospital. Sumati calls Neel to ask which hospital he is in. Just as Neel begins to respond, Kanchan arrives and slaps him, causing him to drop the phone. She berates Neel for admitting Parameshwari to a cheap hospital. Neel, furious, tells Kanchan to stop her nonsense and questions her sanity. He reprimands her for prioritizing appearances over Parameshwari’s critical state, reminding her that hospitals are about saving lives, not meeting standards. Kanchan, undeterred, insists that the hospital should match her status.
Neel retorts that Parameshwari is fighting for her life while no one stands by her. He accuses Kanchan of lacking emotions and meaningful relationships despite her wealth. Enraged, Kanchan becomes defensive. Neel further accuses her of being selfish, claiming she has turned Riddhi into a lifeless robot. He alleges that Kanchan opposed Riddhi’s marriage because losing Riddhi would mean losing her financial support. Neel blames Kanchan for ruining a good marriage proposal and indirectly causing Parameshwari’s heart attack. He calls Kanchan a failure and asserts that her mentality, not the hospital, is substandard.
Provoked, Kanchan attempts to strangle Neel, threatening to kill him. However, Neel remains unfazed, declaring she cannot harm him. Sumati arrives and slaps Kanchan, shocking her. When Kanchan questions Sumati’s audacity, Sumati boldly declares that she fears no one and would go to any extent for Neel, even defying God. When Kanchan tries to retaliate, Neel intervenes, warning her never to lay a hand on Sumati, whom he proudly calls his mother.
Infuriated, Kanchan vows revenge on Neel’s family and storms out. Neel asks if she plans to see Parameshwari before leaving but asserts he cannot abandon her. Sumati reassures Neel, expressing pride in his values and upbringing. She then leaves with Gangadhar and Manjari. Gangadhar instructs Manjari to book a cab. Kanchan, observing them from her car, recalls the slap from Sumati and seethes with rage. Determined to seek vengeance, she starts her car with the intent to harm Sumati.
Precap: Neel comforts Riddhi when she breaks down worrying for Parameshwari’s life.
Parameswari notices that. Kanchan burns Neel’s house to take revenge from Neel.
