Kanchan fears Riddhi will discover her involvement if Riddhi checks Mahendra’s call history. She signals Mahendra, who notices Riddhi holding his phone and confronts her. Riddhi lies, saying she picked it up to stop it from falling. Mahendra snatches it back and accuses Riddhi of trying to trap him. He declares he won’t speak to her anymore and leaves, as Neel watches.
Riddhi tells Neel she learned Mahendra’s phone password, but it didn’t help—Mahendra is now on guard. Just then, Sumati arrives and hands them Mahendra’s phone. When Neel asks how she got it, she reveals she overheard their plan and swapped phones while placing milk on the table. Neel, thrilled, lifts and praises Sumati. She says she supports him and walks away. Neel assures Riddhi he understands her fear that Kanchan may be behind everything. He opens the phone and shows her Kanchan’s number in Mahendra’s call history.
Meanwhile, Kamlesh asks Kanchan why she looks happy. She smugly says the police will soon arrest Neel, as a criminal can’t be CEO. She calls Mahendra but is shocked to see Riddhi holding his phone. Riddhi questions if Kanchan wants to talk to Mahendra and expresses disbelief over Kanchan’s betrayal. Kanchan is about to respond, but Riddhi interrupts, accusing her of plotting to remove Neel from his CEO position without caring about the company’s image.
Kanchan blames Neel for turning Riddhi against her, but Neel denies it. Kanchan admits she called Mahendra but lies, saying it was only to request he withdraw the case. She claims she wanted to protect the company. Neel asks why she hid it from them. Kanchan says she didn’t want Riddhi to know she was pleading. When Neel suggests calling Mahendra to confirm, Riddhi stops him. Suddenly, Kanchan pretends to struggle to breathe, and Riddhi and Neel rush her inside.
Later, Neel contemplates his next move. Sumati approaches, revealing that Mahendra had taken her phone, which records calls automatically. Neel is relieved. When the police arrive to arrest him, the inspector refuses to give him five minutes to prove his innocence. Desperate, Neel locks himself in Kanchan’s room and plays the recording of her conversation with Mahendra, revealing the truth.
