Riddhi feels heartbroken when he hears Sumati and Gangadhar praising Sayli and discussing their earlier plan of getting Neel married to Sayli. She acts weird with Neel. Neel questions if she is feeling jealous of Sayli. Riddhi says they confessed their love for each other today and were spending some quality time together when Sayli entered suddenly and spoilt it. Neel says Sayli is his childhood friend and is very free with him.
Kanchan notices Sayli’s attention towards Neel and realizes that she loves Neel. She calls her aide and asks him to find out Sayli’s details. Sayli passes by. Kanchan stops her and notices N tattoo on her hand. She reveals that she knows Sayli loves Neel since childhood and tried to commit suicide when she learnt about Neel’s wedding. Sayli tries to deny it, but Kanchan gets adamant.
Kanchan offers Sayli to help her get back Neel if she helps her separate Neel and Kanchan as she hates Neel. Sayli agrees.
Neel and Riddhi get romantic. Neel goes to close the room door and finds the lock broken. Riddhi asks him to forget it and calls him back. They sleep looking at each other. Sayli gets jealous peeping from the glass window and determines to get back Neel at any cost.
