Riddhi scolds Neel for crossing limits and walks away. Sumati, concerned, questions Neel’s behavior. Neel, confused and with a headache, admits he lost control. Sumati calms him down. Elsewhere, Manjari panics after recalling an old woman’s words and tells Pratham to stop the car. She fears what she’ll tell her family and suspects pregnancy due to a delayed period. Pratham dismisses it as food poisoning, but Manjari insists on taking a test and asks him to get a pregnancy kit.
Neel, disturbed by his actions toward Riddhi and Mahender, reflects on his behavior. Sumati tries to console him. Gangadhar brings a doctor who suspects stress and prescribes medication. Kamlesh witnesses this silently. Neel apologizes to Riddhi, admitting confusion over his actions. Riddhi reminds him of his responsibilities as CEO. When Neel accuses Mahender of planning a commission scam, Riddhi says no one will believe him due to the slap incident. Neel asks for her trust, but she leaves silently—observed by Kamlesh.
Kanchan, holding a grudge over losing her job, plots revenge. Kamlesh informs her of the situation, and Kanchan calls Mahender to plan their next move. Neel assures Riddhi he’ll protect the company. Riddhi, conflicted but beginning to trust Neel, receives a call and sees breaking news of employees protesting against him. Kanchan pressures Riddhi to announce Neel’s resignation, but Riddhi defends him publicly, revealing Mahender’s bribery attempt. Mahender denies it and demands Neel’s resignation.
As tensions escalate and employees attempt to attack Neel, Mahender moves toward him with an ink bottle. Riddhi intervenes and hugs Neel protectively, triggering memories in Neel of saving her before. Mahender is stunned, and Neel confronts him with a glare.
