Neel telling Kanchan that Riddhi should know Kanchan is responsible for Manjari’s kidnapping. Kanchan asks Neel to not say anything to Riddhi. Neel tells her he will tell the truth to Riddhi for sure. Kanchan holds Neel’s hand and asks him not to do that. Meanwhile, Pratham apologizes to Riddhi. He says he won’t repeat the mistake. Neel moves towards Riddhi. Kanchan follows Neel. Raka regains his consciousness and aims to shoot Neel. But Kanchan pushes Neel and gets shot. Neel breaks glass on Raka’s head, and Raka faints. Riddhi cries seeing Kanchan and asks to call an ambulance.
After some time, everyone takes Kanchan to the hospital. The doctor tells everyone to wait outside. Riddhi asks the doctor whether Kanchan will be fine. The doctor says Kanchan is in critical condition now and goes inside. Riddhi gets panicked. Neel holds Riddhi and tells her Kanchan will be fine. Riddhi says she can’t believe Kanchan risked her life to save Neel. Kamlesh thinks Kanchan has become mad.
Neel moves aside and wonders whether Kanchan really risked her life to save him. He sees police admitting Raka there. He says he will expose Kanchan with Raka’s confession. Kamlesh hears this and gets worried. She calls Balam and tells him to kidnap Raka.
Neel tells Riddhi and Parameshwari that nothing will happen to Kanchan. Pratham sees Manjari and thanks her for supporting him. He asks her to be his friend. Manjari refuses. She says she saved Pratham, not supported him. He tells her he came there to save her. She tells him he came there for himself. She says this topic is over between them. He tells her even he is not interested in talking to her.
The doctor tells Riddhi that Kanchan is out of danger but still unconscious. Neel says he already said nothing will happen to Kanchan. He goes to bring tea for everyone.
Kamlesh and Balam wear outfits like nurses and ward boys. Kamlesh tells Balam to take Raka from there before the police find out. She helps Balam to take Raka from there. Neel sees Raka. He asks Kamlesh where they are taking Raka. The police officer tells Neel that they are taking Raka for an MRI. Neel thinks something is fishy because Kanchan won’t save him.
Riddhi comes to help Neel. She says it looks like she doesn’t know Pratham at all. Neel defends Pratham. He thanks Riddhi for saving Manjari. She tells him, Let’s be friends. He agrees and shakes hands with her. She says even Kanchan started liking Neel. Tea spills on Riddhi’s hand when she took the tray. Neel blows on Riddhi’s hand. Riddhi goes to wash her hands. She sees Manjari crying. Manjari says sorry to Riddhi. She says they have a problem with Neel because he lied to them. Riddhi hugs Manjari. Manjari sees Sumati and takes the latter from there. Riddhi goes to meet Kanchan.
Neel realizes that the nurse and ward boy were not taking Raka in at right angles. He goes to them and stops them. He tells them to remove the mask. Kamlesh remains silent. Neel says he will remove the mask.
