Sayli addresses media and accuses Neel of molesting her and his wife Riddhi supporting him in his heinous act. Riddhi pleads that Neel is innocent and Sayli is lying and leaves for home with others.
Kanchan calls company’s board of directors home and asks them to take strict action against Neel as per company policy. They restricate Neel from CEO’s designation. Riddhi with others reaches home and pleads them not to take any harsh decision as Neel is innocent, but they get adamant on their decision and walk away. Kanchan smirks seeing her plan succeeding.
Manjari records producer Ravi’s confession and threatens him to accept his crime in front of Pratham or else she will send him to jail. She drags him home and make him confess in front of Pratham. Kanchan acts as punishing Ravi and helps him escape from there. Pratham apologises Manjari for not trusting her and then informs him about Neel’s arrest.
Police continue to torture Neel. Sayli walks into lockup and offers Neel to marry her if he wants her to take back her case. Neel refuses and says he loves only Riddhi. Sayli says he is fit to die then and walks away.
Kanchan hires a lawyer and asks him to make sure Neel goes to jail forever.
