Neel sneaks into Kanchan’s room and switches off her phone, believing she has no idea what’s about to happen. Meanwhile, Pratham apologizes to a police officer and offers a bribe, only to be scolded. The officer questions Pratham’s parents, and upon learning he is Kanchan Chotwani’s son, remarks that he should have taken the girl to a restaurant instead of driving around. After the officer leaves, Manjari suggests going to a restaurant, but Pratham snaps at her, warning that things could have gone terribly wrong if the officer had informed Kanchan.
Later, Neel enters his room and finds Riddhi about to fall off the bed. He sits beside her to prevent it, but as she sleeps, her hand lands on his shoulder. When he turns, his lips brush against her hand. Riddhi wakes up and accuses him of kissing her hand, but Neel denies it, claiming he was killing mosquitoes. Skeptical, Riddhi questions why he’s always killing mosquitoes near her. Neel insists it’s his duty as her husband. She tells him to go back to his sofa, and Neel humorously thinks he should have been a mosquito instead.
The next morning, Kanchan wakes up to find she missed her meeting. Meanwhile, Chandrasekhar expresses his excitement about working with Neel and praises Riddhi for appointing him as CEO. When Kanchan arrives, Chandrasekhar advises her to rest, as Neel mentioned she wasn’t well. Kanchan denies being unwell and apologizes for missing his arrival. Chandrasekhar assures her the deal is done and leaves.
Frustrated, Kanchan questions why no one woke her up. Neel casually states he checked on her, but she was asleep, and all meetings will be held at home. As she heads inside, Neel comments on how stress could affect her blood pressure, which Riddhi overhears. Later, Neel secretly mixes syrup into Kanchan’s tea. She drinks it and heads to the meeting, but soon falls asleep, snoring mid-discussion. Shocked, Riddhi watches as the employees decide to continue the meeting the next day.
When Kanchan wakes up, confused, Riddhi fills her in. Neel suggests calling a doctor. As Kanchan drinks water, Neel subtly swaps the glasses. The doctor arrives and checks Kanchan, diagnosing high blood pressure. Kanchan insists she’s fine, attributing it to the salt in her water. Neel refutes this by drinking from the same glass, proving it was normal water. Riddhi does the same and confirms Neel’s claim. The doctor advises Kanchan to prioritize her health over money and leaves.
Elsewhere, Manjari takes a selfie with Pratham as he exercises. Sumati arrives and questions her. Meanwhile, Kanchan dismisses the doctor’s advice. Riddhi urges her to retire and enjoy life, emphasizing that nothing matters more to her than Kanchan’s well-being. Shocked by Riddhi’s words, Kanchan is left speechless, while Neel smirks in satisfaction.
