During a party, Neel dances with Riddhi, while Kamlesh warns Kanchan that she is losing control over Riddhi and urges her to act. Riddhi takes the mic to honor Kanchan’s journey, inviting her to speak. Kanchan, emotional, claims credit for Chotwani Industries’ success, which unsettles Neel. He criticizes her for taking undue credit and walks away. Seizing the moment, Kanchan sends Riddhi to fetch her medicine, smirking as she sets her plan into motion.
Meanwhile, Kanchan’s subordinates taunt Neel, calling him a “ghar jamai” and an undeserving CEO. Enraged, Neel pushes one of them for dragging Riddhi into the conversation. Kanchan, who orchestrated the insult, enjoys the spectacle, later pretending to calm Neel down. An investor questions the commotion, and Kanchan dismisses it as resentment over Neel’s promotion. Sumati, however, confronts Kanchan, calling her a monster. When Riddhi intervenes in Kanchan’s defense, Sumati retaliates by playing a video exposing employees criticizing Kanchan.
Kanchan accuses Sumati of bribing them, but Neel challenges the employees to confirm if they were forced to speak. They affirm their words, revealing Kanchan’s true nature. Sumati then questions why Kanchan refuses to accept Neel as a son, praising his qualities as a “ghar jamai.” Kanchan denies having an issue with Neel, but Neel plays an audio recording of her and the subordinate insulting him.
Shocked, Riddhi immediately fires the subordinate, who then exposes Kanchan’s involvement. Riddhi, furious, storms off, glaring at Kanchan. Neel taunts Kanchan, stating that her scheme has backfired and sarcastically encourages her to come up with more plans since she has plenty of free time.
