Riddhi confronts Neel for playing with her feelings and walks away, breaking down. Sayli also walks away. Neel thinks his plan is backfiring on him. Riddhi continues to cry whole night recalling the quality time spent with Neel and then his betrayal.
Manjari convinces Pratham to accompany her tomorrow morning to file a police complaint against producer Ravi. Next morning, when they head to the police station, Kanchan stops and questions them. Pratham informs her about the issue. Kanchan assures that she personally will file a police complaint with the commissioner. Once Manjari walks away, Kanchan brainwashes Pratham not to file complaint to save family’s dignity and blames Manjari for the consequences.
Neel convinces Sayli that he loves only her and not Riddhi and is with Riddhi to grab her wealth. Sayli feels excited and promises to grab 500 crores from Riddhi. She sneaks into Riddhi’s room and steals documents from her locker. Riddhi notices her and asks what is she doing in her room. Riddhi taunts her that Neel loves only her and is with Riddhi just for money. She promises to get divorce from Neel if she shares her 50% property with Neel.
