Sumati scolds Pratham for touching Neel, but when Pratham moves toward her, Manjari intervenes. Gangadhar praises Manjari and beats Vicky, followed by Sumati beating him with slippers. Manjari then beats Pratham despite Neel asking her to stop. Kamlesh tries to defend Vicky, but Sumati criticizes his upbringing. Kanchan interrupts, claiming the pre-wedding ritual was being misunderstood. She reveals Neel is set to marry Riddhi, shocking Sumati, who faints upon hearing the news.
After regaining consciousness, Sumati confronts Neel, who admits the truth and declares his love for Riddhi, despite knowing his mother disapproves of her. Sumati accuses Neel of marrying Riddhi for money and demands he cancel the wedding. When Neel refuses, she asks if he’s willing to go against her, and upon his silence, she walks away in anger, saying there’s nothing left to discuss.
Meanwhile, Kanchan insults Neel’s family, calling them low-class, while Vicky claims he held back from fighting for Riddhi’s sake. Kanchan urges Sumati to agree to the marriage, even offering dowry, but Sumati rejects her and leaves. Gangadhar advises Sumati not to force Neel, but she insists Neel must choose between her and Riddhi. Neel reluctantly agrees to prioritize his mother, and Sumati takes him away.
Kanchan pretends to cry, lamenting the canceled wedding, but Riddhi assures her that nothing is final. Sumati shocks everyone by returning, holding Neel and Riddhi’s hands, and announcing her acceptance of their marriage.
Precap: Sumari announces that Neel and Riddhi’s wedding should happen as per her family rituals. Kanchan warns her that she can’t raise her voice in front of her and challenges that the wedding should be happen as per her wish. Sumati demands to call off wedding then.
