Neel records doctor’s confession that he had given drugs to Kanchan which she used to make Neel look like mentally unstable. He threatens to send the recording to medical council and get his license canceled if he doesn’t confess to his crime in front of everyone. Doctor agrees.
Riddhi takes Pratham and Manjari back home and slaps Pratham for betraying Manjari. Manjari breaks her ties with Pratham for betraying her. Pratham pleads Manjari to forgive him and promises to correct his mistake. Riddhi asks if he will marry Manjari. Pratham agrees.
Neel brings doctor home and asks him to accept that Kanchan had bought drugs from him to make Neel look mentally unstable. Doctor accepts and points at Kamlesh instead. Neel warns him not to lie. Doctor says Kamlesh had visited him as Kanchan. Kanchan recalls her employee noticing Neel in the hospital and informing her, then Kanchan messaging doctor to point Kamlesh as Kanchan.
Kamlesh says she wanted to take revenge from Neel for sending her son to jail. Riddhi asks Kamlesh to leave her house. Sumati slaps Kamlesh for drugging her son and beats her with a footwear. Kamlesh’s daughter breaks ties with her. Kanchan apologises Kamlesh. Kamlesh says she can do anything for Kanchan.
Riddhi apologises Neel for not trusting him. Neel plays a prank on her. Their cute nok jhok starts.
