Neel points a gun at the mental asylum staff and escapes. Riddhi brings Kanchan bag home and feels concerned for Neel. Kanchan says let him go anywhere he wants to, but never return to this house as he wants to kill her. She orders servants to close all the doors and windows and make sure that Neel doesn’t enter the house. Neel’s parents gather. Riddhi reveals to them that police is searching for Neel as he escaped mental asylum arrest, but she will make sure that Neel gets best treatment.
Pratham lies to Manjari that he has applied for a job and will inform about them to his mother. Manjari thanks him. He says he will take her for a medical checkup and recalls bribing hospital staff to abort Manjari’s baby. Riddhi notices them from her room’s balcony and thinks since when they got so friendly. She then gets a call that Neel’s last location was at the City Hospital and rushes towards City Hospital thinking of protecting him from harming someone.
Pratham takes Manjari to the hospital where the nurse assures him that Manjari’s abortion will be performed easily. Neel in a disguise reaches the hospital with his friend and searches for a Kanchan’s doctor. He fails to notice Manjari sitting nearby. He reaches the doctor and lures him to issue him a mentally insane certificate. Doctor agrees hearing 25-30 lakh rs. Neel questions if there is a medicine which can turn a person temporarily insane. Doctor shows him a medicine bottle and says he has prescribed it to one of his client. Neel slaps him and threatens him to confess that Kanchan got the prescription or else he will get his license canceled.
A doctor checks Manjari. Pratham watches from a glass door. Nurse signals him that his work will be done in a few minutes. Pratam notices baby’s moments on ultrasound and feels guilty. He walks in to stop the abortion. Riddhi notices Manjari just then, walks in, and asks what is she doing here. Manjari says she is here for a routine checkup. Riddhi notices Pratham and asks if he is Manjari’s baby’s father. Pratham nods yes. Riddhi notices abortion medicine and questions doctor. Nurse accepts her crime. Doctor apologises Riddhi and restricates nurse. Riddhi slaps Pratham and confronts him.
