Manjari is shocked to learn she’s pregnant. Panicked and overwhelmed, she tells herself everything is over and decides to keep it a secret. She throws the pregnancy test kit in the dustbin and quietly leaves. The next morning, Neel wakes up to find Riddhi beside him. She helps him sit up and asks how he’s feeling. Neel replies that he’s feeling better. Kanchan enters and jokes that she hit Neel, then reveals it was Mahendra who attacked him.
Riddhi steps away to take a call while Kanchan smugly admits to destroying the evidence Neel had against her. Despite her confidence, Neel vows to expose her, saying truth and good intentions will always win. Riddhi returns and insists Neel rest, helping him to his room. Meanwhile, Pratham waits in his car as Manjari joins him. She reveals she’s pregnant, and both are unsure what to do. Pratham tries to console her, but insists they must keep it a secret, even making Manjari swear not to tell anyone.
Later, Neel accidentally pulls Riddhi onto him while slipping on the bed. They share a brief moment before snapping back to reality. Riddhi, while getting ready, finds the discarded pregnancy test in the bathroom and assumes Simran might be pregnant, remembering she used the bathroom the day before. Riddhi confronts Simran with concern, asking about her health and if she has a boyfriend. Simran denies everything, confused by Riddhi’s questions.
Riddhi assures her of support but leaves uncertain about the real identity of the pregnant woman. Neel, watching Riddhi, overhears her on a call planning a secret meeting. Suspicious, he wonders who she’s talking to. Later, he sees her meet and hug an unknown man. Jealous and curious, Neel tries to follow them, but his bike fails to start, leaving him with more questions than answers.
