Suraj confesses to Jagriti that he interfered in her marriage to Akash because he didn’t want it to happen. Jagriti demands an explanation, but Suraj remains silent. Frustrated, she scolds him, accusing him of ruining her life and vowing never to forgive him. She then asks who placed her in Sapna’s position at the mandap. Though Suraj remembers Bhairav Bhal, he lies, claiming he doesn’t know.
Later, Suraj shares a drink with Bhairav, who reveals he hid Jagriti’s past to make her feel like she belonged, insisting he never knew she was a Chitta. Suraj accuses him of lying, saying Trisha told him the truth—Bhairav was the one who orchestrated the switch at the mandap. Bhairav denies it, suggesting Trisha might have lied to protect the real culprit. Doubt creeps into Suraj’s mind, and he starts questioning Trisha’s words.
Meanwhile, Kalikant invites Akash for a drink, with Kalindi preparing it. Kalindi later confesses to Sapna that she drugged Akash’s drink. Sapna explains that the drug will make Akash unable to resist her, ensuring she gets pregnant to secure her position and prevent a future divorce. Kalindi praises Sapna’s cunning plan. Kalikant advises Akash to forget Jagriti, reminding him that she is now married to Suraj. He adds that if someone like Jagriti had treated him that way, he would have taught her a lesson.
Suraj returns home injured, and Ganga calls Jagriti to tend to his wounds. Realizing she’s partly responsible for his condition, Jagriti reluctantly helps him. Ganga leaves them alone, and as Jagriti dresses Suraj’s wound, Akash sees them together, recalling Kalikant’s words.
Jagriti presses Suraj again for the truth about the mandap switch, but Suraj insists Trisha lied and that Bhairav knows nothing. Fueled by anger and jealousy, Akash later confronts Jagriti, accusing her of betrayal. In a fit of rage, he drags her away and forcefully removes her dupatta.
