The Episode starts with Jaggu telling that she wanted to get educated, and wipe the black spot of criminal from her and her community. She says when I reached school, Principal said that I need Sarkar’s letter to get educated, and when I reached haveli to get the letter, their my Baba and stops. Gita asks what happened to your father? Jagmohan says a small girl is accusing Sarkar big and says if Sarkar was not there, then these people would have to beg for food. Jagriti says I am saying truth, you are Sarkar for us, and we regard you as bhagyavidhata, but why did you make us criminal without us doing the crime. Gita asks her to tell clearly, how he makes you criminal. Jaggu says I told you yesterday, that when a baby is born, he is taken to haveli and Inspector takes the hand impressions of the baby, and it is written on the paper that we are criminal since birth. Kalikant warns Jagriti. Gita asks Jagmohan to make his client understand, not to threaten the minor girl.
Jagrita says I saw that a file is in Sarkar’s study and everyone’s hand impression is there. Jagmohan asks how did she read their names, as she had told that she couldn’t read. Jagriti says Nanhe sarkar had read it out for me. Kalikant threatens Jaggu and says neither you nor your file will be there, if you take my son’s name. Gita tells Jagmohan that they shall find out the truth. She tells that after hearing the girl and Kalikant, she orders Police to search Kalikant’s house in Inspector Singh’s care, will find out the file truth. Inspector Singh tells Amol that everything is in their hands. Gita hears and says whatever happening there, its live telecast will happen here.
Jaggu comes to haveli with Inspector Singh and constables. Jamuna informs Gayatri that Jaggu has come with Inspector and constables. Gayatri says let her come. She taunts Inspector. Inspector Singh is about to bend down, but constable alerts him saying camera is on. Inspector asks where is the file? Jaggu says in the study. She goes there and searches for the file, but she don’t find it. She says it was in this rack, and asks him to ask Akash. Nanhe Sarkar. She asks Akash to say. Akash asks when did I read it Jagriti says you read their names in the file. Akash asks when? Kalikant says, my blood spoke up. Jagriti keeps her hand on his shoulder, and reminds him. Gayatri scolds her. Jaggu recalls everything. Gita calls Singh and asks him to bring Jaggu back. Akash feels bad that he lied. Ganga says you have done this to save Jaggu’s life. Akash recalls Kalikant threatening him on call and says I lied to save her life, but made her as liar. Ganga hugs him.
Jagmohan tells jaggu is a liar and it is proved. Harish comes there and says my daughter is not lying. He takes Gita’s permission to say, and says Jaggu’s understanding is of a child. He says Sarkar takes our hand impression, to save us from Police. He says he punished Jaggu, as a parents would punish their child. Jaggu says even you are lying, Baba. Harish recalls Gayatri coming to their basti, and threatening him, and say whatever Kalikant asked him to say. Gita asks if you are giving this statement with your consent or if someone is forcing you. Bindi says we are giving this statement with our consent and tells that they can apply their thumb impression where she wants. Jagmohan says she might accuse you. He tells Gita that Jaggu is the accused of Kalikant’s watch theft. Gita hesitantly tries to pass the judgement, that Jaggu is guilty. Ganga comes there with Akash, and tells that Akash had kept the watch in Jaggu’s bag so that she can see time and come on time to haveli. Akash thanks Ganga. Gita proudly gives the verdict that Jaggu is not a criminal and all the crimes are invalid, she has not stolen Kalikant’s watch. Jaggu smiles. Gita says new aspect was the right to education and orders that where Jaggu wants to study, she can study in that school. She says whoever tries to snatch this right from Jaggu or any child due to her caste, then that person will be punished by law. Jaggu tells Harish that she will get education and thanks God.
