Akash suspects Jagriti of switching brides under Sapna’s influence, but Jagriti refuses to justify herself, valuing her self-respect over proving her innocence. Heartbroken by Akash’s distrust, she breaks down. Meanwhile, Suraj frantically searches for Trisha, who has disappeared from her flat.
Kalindi confronts Sapna about the bridal swap, suspecting her involvement. Sapna denies it but admits she once loved Akash. Suraj reassures Sapna that he will fix everything, but Sapna, determined to keep Akash from rekindling feelings for Jagriti, plots to make him blame her for the swap.
Jagriti, devastated by Akash’s lack of trust, finds solace in memories of her mother. Meanwhile, Akash drowns his sorrows in alcohol, struggling to believe Jagriti’s alleged betrayal. When Sapna consoles him, she subtly fuels his anger against Jagriti, making him question his past actions toward her.
Elsewhere, Kalikant worries about the family’s humiliation, but Kalindi reminds him that at least the Pandit’s prediction didn’t come true. She falsely accuses Jagriti of orchestrating the swap for revenge, earning Kalikant’s unexpected praise.
Jagriti, suspecting Suraj’s involvement, confronts him in his room. However, Suraj denies any role in the swap and suggests neither of them is responsible. Jagriti then realizes Sapna must be behind it. Suraj dismisses the idea, doubting Sapna could have pulled off such a scheme.
Later, Sapna drinks with Akash, manipulating him further by claiming Jagriti not only sought revenge against him but also aimed to ruin his family’s reputation. She predicts that Jagriti will divorce Suraj the next day, publicly disgracing the family.
That night, Suraj, assuming Jagriti is sleeping on the bed, accidentally bumps into her on the floor. When he questions her, she claims she sleeps there for comfort. Their argument escalates, and Jagriti firmly declares she will divorce him the next day.
