Gauri continues her job hunt, trying to prove her eligibility but fails to secure employment. Resigned to her normal life, she is suddenly approached by Vihaan’s duplicate. The real Vihaan also arrives, attempting to take her back, but Gauri refuses to listen and asks him to leave. She insists he take the vada pav she offers and return while she walks away.
Meanwhile, Vihaan tries to meet Gauri again, but she ignores him. When he goes to her house, he is confronted by his duplicate—Davansh, Kamini’s son. Davansh reveals his true identity, shocking Vihaan, and suddenly attacks him. Pratham Vanshi senses Vihaan’s danger as Davansh declares his intent to kill Vihaan and take his place. Vihaan tries reasoning with Davansh, but the evil twin mocks him, saying he has lost his powers and that Rishwa will soon kill him, allowing Davansh to replace him.
As Davansh casts a spell on Vihaan, Gauri returns home, unknowingly witnessing the switch. Davansh impersonates Vihaan, acting affectionately to deceive her. To gain her trust, he presents bangles, urging her to touch them and see the past. Reluctantly, Gauri does and relives the moment Veena revealed the truth about Rishwa and her parents’ fate.
Vihaan (now trapped) pleads with Gauri, admitting his mother’s role in her parents’ death but explaining that she was helpless. He asks Gauri to come with him just once, leaving the final decision to her. However, Gauri refuses, accusing Veena of lying and vowing never to return.
Meanwhile, Davansh visits an ancient tree, invoking dark magic as Kamini’s son. He requests power for himself and the Dayan committee, taking soil from the tree. Pratham Vanshi senses the danger—if the tree grants this dark energy, the entire world could be at risk.
Precap: Gauri has a disturbing dream where she sees Davansh killing Vihaan, and she wakes up with a strong desire to save him.
