Just as Vihaan is about to touch the mirror, he gets distracted by Arjun. Vihaan shares that he found Gauri’s phone inside the house. Meanwhile, in the shadow world, Gauri is being followed by a demon, while Veena stands in a nakshatra formation, sensing danger. Smoke suddenly surrounds Veena, but everything appears normal again, and as the door opens, she steps out of the room.
Gauri turns around to face the demon, but it vanishes. She notices a covered idol of the Goddess, yet the mirror reveals its image. She folds her hands and prays, asking the Goddess to guide her. Gauri confesses she doesn’t know where she is but puts her faith in the divine. She notices the akhand jot beginning to dim and realizes the purpose of her presence there—to stop it from being extinguished. Gauri discovers
Back in the real world, Arjun informs Vihaan that Charu hasn’t seen Gauri return home. He suggests checking the terrace. Vihaan goes up, and at the same time, Gauri sees him through the mirror. She hears Vihaan blaming himself and saying he’ll never forgive himself if something happens to her. Moved, Gauri wonders why Vihaan always ends up being her strength. She tries to call out to him, and Vihaan senses her presence nearby.
Suddenly, Vihaan hears Gauri’s cries. He turns and starts getting signals from her. When he touches the mirror, he feels her presence. Gauri starts banging on the mirror. Vihaan rushes to his books, discovering that Gauri is stuck in the shadow world and has been kidnapped by Tamasmani. He runs back to the mirror, assuring her that he can feel her there.
Arjun returns and tells Vihaan that Gauri isn’t on the terrace. Vihaan explains she’s been taken by the shadow witch and is in grave danger. Arjun asks for proof, and just then, Gauri starts banging the mirror again. Arjun knocks and asks her to send a signal. Gauri responds, and both Vihaan and Arjun realize she’s truly on the other side. Gauri warns Vihaan that his life is in danger. Though he can’t understand her fully, Vihaan tries to comfort her and promises to bring her back. He asks her to knock three times if he’s right, trying to communicate.
Meanwhile, Harsh arrives with Sia and reveals that Kamini is returning to seek revenge on Vihaan. Veena, emotional and distressed, comes downstairs crying. Harsh supports her, and when questioned by Maa, Veena confesses that she’s responsible. Suddenly, Kamini’s voice echoes—she declares she’s coming for her son and warns that the akhand jot will soon be extinguished. Back in the shadow world, Gauri hears eerie sounds and sees a massive demon chasing after her.
