Vihaan follows his mystical tail while Gauri chases a magical bird that leads her to a painting, where she discovers a powerful ring capable of freezing time. When Arjun spots her, Gauri flees, using the ring’s power to pause Arjun and Sandhya. Meanwhile, a sinister black smoke whispers to Gauri, demanding Vihaan’s blood.
Hiding in the kitchen, Gauri grabs a knife, but Vihaan catches her reflection in a mirror and stops her. In the struggle, he accidentally loosens her clothes, quickly apologizing before tying them back. As they lock eyes, Arjun and Sandhya find them and demand the ring. Gauri freezes Vihaan, guilt weighing on her as she realizes she must betray him to gain Kamini’s trust. She takes his blood and vanishes.
Vihaan, wounded, warns everyone that Gauri is still nearby—they must find her before the moon turns red. Elsewhere, Sia’s husband blackmails her for the Sab Mani, threatening Harsh’s life. Though hurt by her betrayal, Harsh collapses, and Sia desperately tries to heal him with her tears, pleading for his understanding.
As the crimson moon rises, Gauri attempts to trick Kamini with fake blood, but the enraged goddess attacks her. Vihaan intervenes, declaring he is not her son. Defiant, he resolves to destroy Kamini’s idol, even at the cost of his own life. Gauri begs him to stop, confessing her true intentions, but Vihaan refuses to live under Kamini’s shadow any longer.
In a final act of defiance, Vihaan strikes the idol—only for his blood to spill on it, awakening Kamini. The family watches in horror as darkness rises, while Harsh, weakened, warns Sia to stay away. The battle for survival reaches its climax as Kamini’s power surges, threatening them all.
