Veena questions Sarda about the broken Kamini murti, but Sarda urges her to trust her son to set things right. Suddenly, Sarda feels a strange presence and sees smoke emerging from the mirror—Rani is attacking her through it. Vihaan rushes in to save her, and Dadi instructs him to take Sarda to the Pratham Vanshi for help. Meanwhile, Harsh has been kidnapped by a snake and tied up. He accuses Mohit of orchestrating it out of jealousy over Sia, but Mohit defends his actions, claiming Harsh is harassing a married woman.
Vihaan, Arjun, and Gauri take Sarda to the Pratham Vanshi, where Vihaan questions Gauri’s inaction. Gauri admits she was scared, but her defensiveness raises Vihaan’s suspicions. The Pratham Vanshi begin treating Sarda and reassure Vihaan of her recovery. Vihaan, feeling guilty and helpless, vows to find Kamini’s murti and sets off with Arjun, leaving Gauri behind at the hut.
Elsewhere, Sia notices Harsh’s car outside and follows blood traces. A snake appears, and she sends it to search for Harsh after a vision shows he’s in danger. At the same time, Gauri apologizes to an unconscious Sarda for not protecting her. The Pratham Vanshi tells Gauri that she has actually saved Sarda and reveals that Gauri’s actions are part of a divine plan. Gauri, empowered and now carrying Kapoor, pretends to be normal but reveals to the Pratham Vanshi that she’s working to gain Kamini’s trust to save Vihaan. She is blessed and told she is “Riswa,” chosen by Devi Maa to destroy evil.
Vihaan warns his family that Kamini may strike on Amavasya and reveals a tail-like object he found in a cave. He believes it will lead them to Kamini’s murti but warns everyone to keep a distance from it until it’s destroyed. Meanwhile, Gauri worries that breaking the murti might cost Vihaan his life. Determined to protect him, she secretly attempts to steal the tail. She tricks Arjun and Vihaan to leave the room and grabs the object, but it doesn’t burn. Arjun catches her and exposes the tail as a fake, suspecting Gauri is under Kamini’s control.
Vihaan tries to awaken her true self, but Gauri insists she is not possessed. She snatches the tail and attempts to escape, only to be restrained by chains around her legs—trapped by the very evil she vowed to fight.
Precap: Gauri casts a spell to glimpse her future and is shocked to see Vihaan marrying another woman.
