The Episode starts with Siddhu jokingly telling Suhas that Mahesh gave them free groceries because he has a soft corner for Hetal. Hetal beams with delight, while Suhas looks puzzled at the remark. Bandya mocks Hetal’s sudden happiness, which earns him a secret punch from Siddhu. In the process, Bandya accidentally drops something but quickly picks it up before anyone notices. Just then, Anvita enters the house, looking weary but trying to mask her exhaustion. Chitti runs to her and praises her for her tireless efforts to save Suhas’s life. The younger siblings shower her with appreciation, which makes Hetal burn with jealousy.
Suhas, deeply moved, tells Anvita he’s proud of her strength and determination. Though she smiles faintly, her heart sinks as she recalls the donor’s mother’s demand for fifteen lakh rupees. Trying to lighten the mood, Hetal switches on a song and insists everyone dance to celebrate Suhas’s improving condition. The family dances cheerfully, and Anvita forces herself to join in. But behind her smile, her eyes reflect the fear and helplessness eating away at her.
Later, unable to hold it in any longer, Anvita breaks down in a park, sobbing uncontrollably. Diya, who comes searching for her, is stunned to find her in such a state. She gently holds Anvita and asks what happened. Between tears, Anvita confides the truth — the donor’s mother is demanding fifteen lakh rupees in exchange for the organ. Diya is horrified. Anvita trembles, saying she doesn’t know how to arrange that much money. Overcome by guilt and desperation, she blurts out that if she can’t manage the money, she will donate her own kidney to Suhas. Diya hugs her and pleads with her not to take such a drastic step. She promises that they’ll find another way.
Unbeknownst to them, Virat overhears their entire conversation from a distance. Shocked and heartbroken, he realizes the extent of Anvita’s suffering. Meanwhile, back home, Suhas notices Anvita’s odd behavior and confides in Hetal. She brushes it off, assuring him that everything is fine. Sanjay soon arrives and senses the tension. When he questions Hetal, she denies any wrongdoing and insists she hasn’t interfered between Virat and Anvita. Sanjay, however, isn’t convinced — he warns her that he has proof of her illegal dealings and threatens to have her jailed if she doesn’t change. Hetal stiffens in fear.
Elsewhere, Diya takes Anvita to a shady part of town where illegal kidney transplants take place. The place horrifies Anvita — dimly lit, filled with strangers, and thick with tension. She panics and runs out, gasping for breath. Diya stays behind long enough to take a contact number from the broker, assuring him they’ll return once her friend calms down.
Meanwhile, Virat meets his mother and begs her for fifteen lakh rupees to help Anvita. She flatly refuses and instead demands that he join his father’s business and agree to an arranged marriage. Virat, frustrated, rejects both conditions.
At the hospital, Suhas anxiously calls the nurse to ask about his surgery, but she tells him it hasn’t been scheduled yet. A nearby ward boy, aware of the illegal dealings, calls Suhas later and scolds him for not arranging the money. Suhas is shaken, realizing the surgery depends on that bribe. That night, he tries to act normal around Anvita. They share a brief, tender conversation before he tells her to rest and pretends to sleep.
In the dead of night, Anvita hears the creak of a door and wakes up, confused. She looks around and realizes Suhas is missing.
Precap: Suhas secretly goes to sell his kidney through illegal means. Virat spots him and follows, while Anvita wakes up in panic, realizing her father has disappeared.
