Recognizing the storm of emotions raging inside her, he urges her to come along with him.
Meanwhile, Suhas visits the hospital to sell his blood for money. He insists the doctor buy it, only to be met with shocking news: he has been diagnosed with blood cancer. Suhas is overwhelmed by the reality of his illness and imagines the dramatic grief his family would feel after his death. The thought of having to abstain from alcohol for a long time adds to his inner turmoil, making him feel helpless.
Back at home, Anvita’s anger over Virat’s deception spills over. She lashes out, wrecking the birthday decorations Virat had carefully prepared. Diya urges her to answer Virat’s calls, but Anvita refuses, still reeling from the betrayal.
The following morning, Anvita remains withdrawn and melancholic. Her siblings notice her unusual behavior and try to ask questions, but she remains silent. Virat appears at the door, attempting to talk to her. Anvita confronts him, saying she knows about the lies he told regarding his profession. Virat tries to weave another story to cover himself, but Anvita refuses to believe him and shuts the door, cutting him off completely.

At her workplace, Anvita struggles to concentrate, repeatedly making mistakes. Her boss notices her unusual behavior and rebukes her, further compounding her stress. Virat arrives at her workplace, attempting to apologize, but she ignores him. He brings a security guard to support his story about his job, but even the guard lies, deepening Anvita’s distrust.
Outside the workplace, Anvita lashes out at Virat for causing her constant distress. Virat pleads with her, asking her to believe him, but she stands firm. Sanjay, witnessing the confrontation, steps in and moves to hit Virat, reflecting the intense emotions and escalating tension surrounding Virat’s deceit.
