The episode opens with Hetal’s world collapsing around her. She receives a shocking video message from Dharmesh, the dangerous smuggler she once worked with. In the video, Dharmesh threatens to expose her, revealing that he has solid proof of her role in a diamond smuggling racket. A few days ago, Hetal had been asked to deliver a few bags to him, pretending to know nothing about what was inside. But greed got the better of her — she quietly stole a handful of the diamonds, thinking no one would ever find out. Now Dharmesh holds all the evidence, and Hetal’s face drains of color as she realizes she’s trapped.
Meanwhile, an emotional storm brews elsewhere in the family. Bandya, who had always believed Suhas was his biological father, accidentally discovers the truth — Suhas is not
In tears, Bandya confronts Virat, demanding an explanation. He accuses him of betrayal, asking how he could keep such a truth hidden. Virat gently tells him that he wanted to protect him — that love and family are not bound by blood. But Bandya’s world has already shattered. His thoughts twist into darker doubts; he starts suspecting that Hetal may have betrayed Suhas years ago, that maybe he was born from an affair. Virat immediately stops him, stern yet caring, reminding him that such thoughts will only poison his heart further. “You’re Suhas’s son in every way that matters,” Virat insists, telling him that love, not lineage, defines a family.
At the hospital, Anvita faces a nightmare of her own. Suhas’s condition worsens rapidly, and no legal donor is available. In desperation, she contacts an underground organ dealer who promises a human liver — but only if she pays three lakh rupees in advance. Anvita, unable to gather that kind of money, pleads for twelve more hours. Exhausted, she returns home to find Bandya broken and silent. Misreading his pain, she assumes he’s simply anxious about their father’s worsening health.
Later, Diya suggests that Anvita record a video appeal online to raise funds. At first, Anvita hesitates, too proud to seek help from strangers. But time is running out, and she finally agrees. Alongside her younger siblings, Chidiya and Chiku, she starts recording. They smile nervously, not fully understanding the weight of their words, while Anvita’s trembling voice carries the fear of losing her father. Hetal keeps interrupting, advising her to sound more emotional, to “make it dramatic” so people will feel sorry and donate.
Just as hope flickers faintly, Suhas shocks everyone. Weak but conscious, he records his own video — one that paints Anvita as a heartless daughter. In front of the camera, he claims that she refused to donate her liver to save him. His words leave Anvita speechless and humiliated. Sanjay, too, admits defeat, saying all his efforts to find a donor have failed.
Broken and desperate, Anvita calls the illegal supplier once again, ready to risk everything for her father’s life. But at the same time, Hetal’s nightmare worsens — Dharmesh calls back, furious about the stolen diamonds. He warns her that if she doesn’t return them soon, her sons will pay the price. Hetal realizes she’s now balancing on the edge — one wrong move could destroy her family, her reputation, and her life.
