The Episode starts with Virat consoling Anvita in the hospital corridor. Her father’s condition continues to worsen, and fear weighs heavily on her. Virat, trying to comfort her, unknowingly drops an important medical report — the one confirming that Bandya is a possible liver donor for Suhas. Caught between fear and hope, Anvita finally opens up to Virat, confessing that she now understands his quiet pain. She recalls learning about his brother’s tragic death and how it made him dread hospitals ever since. Her words touch Virat deeply, and he promises her that history won’t repeat itself — he will save her father no matter what it takes. His sincerity softens Anvita’s heart, and in a rare moment of vulnerability, she leans into him, seeking comfort in his strength.
Standing in the shadows, Hetal witnesses their closeness. A spark of jealousy and insecurity flares within her. Fuming, she immediately rushes to Sanjay and dramatically claims that Virat and Anvita are crossing lines under the pretext of hospital duties. Sanjay, already suspicious, warns Hetal to put an end to their growing bond.
To divert attention and break their emotional moment, Hetal pulls off a cruel trick. She pretends to trip and falls, crying out in pain. Anvita, startled, rushes to help her, but Hetal slyly sends her out to fetch water. Once Anvita leaves, Hetal quickly changes into a nurse’s uniform and sneaks into Suhas’s room.
Suhas, confused at first, recognizes her voice. Hetal lightens the mood by joking that hospitals are suffocating and that he needs some “masala” in life — like spicy street food. Suhas chuckles, and the two make their secret escape from the hospital. But just as they are about to leave, Anvita arrives. Spotting Hetal, she calls out, but Hetal swiftly hides Suhas and slips away before anyone can stop them. Moments later, Anvita realizes her father is missing. Panic grips her as she frantically searches the hospital. The staff deny any knowledge until a security guard reveals he saw Hetal leaving with Suhas in disguise.
Outside, Hetal and Suhas share a brief moment of joy as they sit on a roadside bench, laughing over spicy snacks, forgetting the weight of their troubles. Their laughter fades, however, when Dharmesh’s men suddenly appear. They corner Hetal, demanding that she hand over her children immediately or face dire consequences. Fear flashes across her face as she promises to return soon with them, her voice trembling.
Back in the hospital, chaos erupts. Dr. Khanna, fed up with the ongoing drama, scolds Virat and tells him to discharge Suhas immediately, claiming the hospital’s reputation is at stake. Helpless, Virat complies, arranging for Suhas to be taken home. Anvita, overwhelmed with anger and disappointment, lashes out at Hetal, accusing her of endangering Suhas’s life for her selfishness.
Later, as she walks through the dimly lit hospital corridor, Anvita’s desperation deepens. She catches two shady men discussing illegal organ trading and, realizing her options are running out, considers making a dangerous deal to save her father’s life.
Meanwhile, in a heartbreaking twist, Bandya stumbles upon the medical report Virat had dropped earlier. As he reads it, his world collapses — the report reveals that he is not Suhas’s biological son. Shocked and devastated, Bandya clutches the paper, the weight of the truth tearing through him.
Precap: A desperate Anvita contacts a man involved in organ trading. He demands ₹3 lakhs for a liver, forcing her to make a life-or-death decision to save Suhas.
