The Episode starts with Sanjay stepping in to diffuse the growing argument between Anvita and Virat. He calmly advises Anvita to stop fighting and says he will make arrangements to shift Suhas to another hospital. Before leaving to complete Suhas’s discharge formalities, he casts a concerned glance at Virat, who stands silently, his face tight with worry.
As soon as Sanjay leaves, Hetal questions Anvita’s sudden decision to move Suhas to a different hospital, subtly hinting that it might not be the best choice. Anvita, already irritable, mocks Hetal’s interference. Chidiya overhears their conversation and cannot hold back her anger. She pleads with Anvita not to take such a big risk with Suhas’s health. But Anvita, proud and unbending, snaps at her, telling her to stay quiet when elders are speaking. Chidiya is left hurt, while Hetal, secretly pleased, hides her satisfaction behind a sympathetic face and pretends to console the young girl.
Meanwhile, Virat continues trying to reason with Anvita, asking her not to reject his help. But Anvita remains stubborn, determined to prove she can handle things on her own. Sanjay and Hetal exchange taunts in the background, both eager to prove themselves right about Anvita’s actions. Later, Anvita meets an old college friend who is now a doctor. The friend is surprised that Anvita never pursued her medical degree. Remembering her past conversations with her sibling about her ambitions, Anvita gives a faint smile and simply says, “Plans changed.”
Dr. Khanna soon arrives to check Suhas, and Virat greets him respectfully. Thanking the doctor for coming on short notice, Virat requests him to save his uncle’s life. But as Dr. Khanna examines Suhas, his condition worsens, and the family starts to panic. Dr. Khanna advises that Suhas be shifted to the ICU immediately. Anvita objects, saying they can’t afford it and insists on moving him to a cheaper hospital. Her decision shocks everyone. Chidiya stands her ground, begging Anvita not to risk her father’s life. Tearfully, she turns to Virat, pleading for help and promising to repay him someday when she grows up. Moved by her innocence, Virat agrees to take responsibility. Except for Anvita, everyone rushes to shift Suhas to the ICU.
A while later, Virat reviews Suhas’s medical reports and delivers devastating news — Suhas is suffering from liver failure. The family is stunned. Dr. Khanna informs them that a transplant is the only option left. Virat explains the process and then quietly asks Dr. Khanna to grant him more time to arrange the money, admitting he doesn’t want financial help from his father. Dr. Khanna agrees, understanding Virat’s pride.
In another corner, Diya questions Anvita about Virat’s medical knowledge. Anvita reluctantly admits he studied MBBS but calls him a liar, claiming she doesn’t trust him. Diya gently advises her to set aside her grudges for Suhas’s sake, reminding her that saving a life matters more than ego.
Later, Virat tells the family that there’s a good chance one of Suhas’s family members could be a liver match. Chidiya immediately volunteers, but Virat stops her — she’s too young. So, Anvita, Bandya, and Siddhu agree to take the tests instead. As everyone waits nervously, Anvita sits beside an unconscious Suhas, holding his hand and begging him to wake up.
When Dr. Khanna and Virat return with the results, they reveal shocking news — complications have occurred during the transplant procedure. Before the family can process it, Virat informs them that Anvita is the most suitable donor for Suhas. The entire family looks at her with hope — but to everyone’s shock, Anvita flatly refuses. Her words hang heavy in the air, leaving the family in stunned silence.
