The episode begins with Diya trying to lift Anvita’s spirits. She urges her to face the juvenile court with confidence, but Anvita admits she’s terrified. She misses Virat deeply and feels his absence during the crisis. Sanjay grows visibly irritated each time she mentions Virat. Still, he reminds her that they make a strong team and assures her they can win the case together. Their lawyer calls them inside, and Anvita heads into the courtroom with trembling resolve.
Meanwhile, Siddhu and Bandya finally locate Suhas inside a bar. They plead with him to return home, but Suhas refuses loudly, consumed by the urge to drink. Forced to improvise, both boys pretend they want to drink with him, hoping to distract him. Their plan works—Suhas becomes furious, drags them back home himself, and continues shouting at them. Exhausted and desperate, Siddhu and Bandya jointly tie him to a chair so he cannot escape, then lock him inside before running to court. Suhas fumes helplessly.
Inside the courtroom, the hearing begins. Anvita’s lawyer presents the children’s school performance and argues that Hetal exploited them for smuggling. But the opposition lawyer strikes back sharply. She insists the kids should remain away from Anvita’s family, claiming the environment is unsafe. She grills Anvita, forcing her to admit she lost her job. Then she reveals Suhas’s drinking habits, leaving Anvita cornered and speechless. The judge, unimpressed, orders that Suhas must be present at the next hearing to prove he is capable of responsible guardianship.
Anvita feels shattered. Sanjay scolds her for hiding her job loss, but Diya defends her, saying Anvita has been overwhelmed. Still, Anvita is heartbroken because she couldn’t keep her promise to bring the children home.
Siddhu and Bandya return with Anvita, only for her to find Suhas tied to the chair. Shocked, she frees him and questions them. Suhas points fingers at the boys. Siddhu and Bandya quickly defend themselves, saying they did it for his own good. Anvita scolds them but explains to Suhas the seriousness of the situation—he must accompany her to court tomorrow if they want their family reunited.
Surprisingly, Suhas wears his old wedding jacket and asks the kids how he looks. Anvita and the boys stare in confusion. Suhas then calmly promises her he will go to court and stay sober, leaving Anvita emotional and hopeful.
At the same time, Sanjay is on a call with his mother. He asks her to return home, hinting that he has news that will make her happy. As soon as the call ends, he finds Hetal hiding in his room. She boldly reveals she recorded his earlier conversation with his colleague and can expose him. She even says she knows he’s responsible for Virat’s sudden disappearance. She demands shelter at his house for a few days. Sanjay tries to refuse but eventually gives in, knowing she has evidence against him.
