Itti Si Khushi 1st November 2025 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
The Episode starts with Virat insisting that Anvita should go home with the children since it’s already late. Hetal supports him, trying to sound considerate, but Anvita’s patience snaps. She lashes out at Hetal, accusing her of destroying Suhas’s life by turning him into an alcoholic. Hetal quickly defends herself, claiming innocence, but Anvita furiously blames her for abandoning Suhas when he needed her most — a decision that has now left him battling liver failure. Their heated argument wakes up the children.
Chidiya, disturbed by the confrontation, steps forward and pleads with Anvita to stop scolding Hetal. She emotionally defends Hetal, saying she doesn’t want anything bad to happen to their father. Tears fill Chidiya’s eyes as she hugs Hetal, with little Chitti following her lead. Hetal embraces them, playing the part of a caring mother, promising not to leave them again. Anvita watches, heartbroken, realizing how deeply her siblings still trust Hetal. Virat gently takes her aside, urging her to rest for the night, but Anvita refuses. Seeing her stubbornness, Virat decides to stay by her side at the hospital. Just then, Sanjay arrives and offers to stay with Anvita, asking Virat to go home. Reluctantly, Virat agrees, but Anvita again insists that he leave, making Virat quietly disappointed.
Meanwhile, Diya decides to take the children home. Chidiya refuses to leave without Hetal, clinging to her mother’s promise. Anvita, realizing the emotional situation, takes Bandya and Siddhu aside. She tells them to allow Chidiya to find comfort in Hetal’s company for now but instructs them to stay alert — never to leave their younger siblings alone with her. The boys nod solemnly. Later, Anvita warns Hetal to leave their house first thing in the morning. Hetal smirks faintly, pretending to agree but already plotting her next move.
At home, Bandya and Siddhu struggle to make Chidiya, Chitti, and Bunny sleep. Seizing the opportunity, Hetal sings them a soft lullaby, watching with hidden satisfaction as the children fall asleep in her lap. The boys, unwilling to trust her, lie down on the floor to keep watch, ensuring Hetal doesn’t sneak away with their siblings.
Back at the hospital, Anvita is surprised to find Virat still standing outside the building, refusing to leave. She messages him to go home, but he stubbornly stays put. Exhausted, she glances through the glass window, watching Sanjay sleeping outside the treatment room — and then looks back at Virat, feeling torn between gratitude and guilt.
The next morning, Anvita firmly tells Dr. Kavya not to conduct medical tests on Bandya and Siddhu, fearing risk to their lives. But to her shock, she finds both of them walking out of the lab, having already completed the tests. The brothers insist that they’re ready to do anything to help their father. Meanwhile, Diya instructs Hetal to get ready to visit the hospital. Anvita rushes home, looking for Suhas’s medical report, but Hetal holds it hostage — demanding that she be allowed to stay in the house until Suhas is discharged. Though furious, Anvita gives in when the children walk in, unwilling to cause a scene in front of them.
At the hospital, Dr. Khanna shows Virat Bandya’s report, which leaves him stunned. He hides the information from everyone, even lying to Sanjay that Suhas’s condition is worsening to avoid questions. When Anvita and the children arrive, Chidiya beams with relief as Virat announces that Anvita’s liver is a match for Suhas. Inside the ICU, Suhas regains consciousness but shocks everyone by demanding alcohol. Anvita, Bandya, and Siddhu scold him angrily for his recklessness, their frustration boiling over.
Precap: Dr. Khanna instructs Dr. Kavya to prepare Anvita for the liver transplant as Suhas’s condition worsens. But to everyone’s disbelief, Anvita refuses to donate — leaving the entire family stunned and speechless.
