The episode begins with Hetal getting irritated when she realises Siddhu is tagging along with her and the kids. She tries her usual manipulation to send him back home, but Siddhu firmly refuses. Cornered, Hetal drops her plan to abduct the children for now and returns home.
Meanwhile, Sanjay continues his investigation at the hospital. After questioning the donor’s mother and the staff, he pieces everything together — it was Virat who secretly paid 15 lakh rupees for Suhas’s liver transplant. Sanjay tells his subordinate that Virat’s lie will destroy him when Anvita finds out. But he adds that he won’t interfere because Anvita has already rejected Virat’s proposal. There’s a disturbing satisfaction on Sanjay’s face.
At home, Suhas complains to Anvita about his restricted lifestyle after the surgery. Suddenly, they spot Hetal returning with the kids. Anvita questions her, but Hetal cleverly cooks up an excuse and slips inside.
Anvita tries speaking to her siblings, but they all ignore her—something that leaves her stunned. Chidiya sarcastically narrates a story hinting at her displeasure, and Bandya gleefully sides with her. When Suhas tries sneaking unhealthy food again, Anvita catches him and scolds him before heading in to confront her siblings.
Inside, she asks them why they are upset and whether they love Virat more than her. Before anyone can respond, Suhas attempts to escape the house again. Anvita rushes out with her siblings and stops him. Siddhu and Bandya quickly lock Suhas inside a room. Hetal watches all this with satisfaction. Diya tries to leave, but Anvita stops her, saying she needs to be heard.
On the other side, Virat opens his door with hope in his eyes, expecting to see someone — but the doorway is empty. His face falls until he notices a note kept for him. He follows the instructions and arrives at a decorated spot where Anvita is waiting.
She confronts Virat about helping with Suhas’s treatment. Virat stumbles, unable to lie convincingly. Soon, her siblings and Diya join them. Anvita gathers her courage, expresses her feelings, and with their support, proposes marriage to Virat.
Virat asks her why she wants to marry him. She hesitates, struggles, and finally blurts out, “I love you, Virat.” Virat lights up, promises never to leave her, slips a ring on her finger, and hugs her tightly.
Their happiness is interrupted when Sanjay arrives, stunned and shattered seeing them together.
Later, Virat meets Suhas and formally asks for his permission to marry Anvita. Suhas refuses at first. But when Anvita steps in and openly declares her wish to marry Virat, he reluctantly agrees. Virat and Anvita excitedly share their after-marriage plan to stay near Suhas Nivas and care for everyone. Suhas gets irritated hearing their grand ideas and scolds them both.
Just then, Sanjay walks in and coldly asks what is happening. Chitti instantly blurts out that Anvita is now engaged. Anvita smiles, while Sanjay remains frozen, feeling his world crumble.
Precap: Virat’s mother humiliates Anvita when she announces her decision to marry Virat. Meanwhile, Siddhu and Bandya learn the shocking truth — Virat is involved in car theft, a revelation they hear through Sanjay.
