The episode opens with the ward boy stopping Hetal and the kids, reminding them that Hetal is barred from entering after her previous behaviour. Hetal pleads and puts on an emotional act, but the ward boy remains unmoved. Frustrated, she decides to take Chidiya with her, but Chidiya gently refuses, saying she wants to stay with Suhas. She leaves with the other children, forcing Hetal to exit the hospital helplessly.
Inside, Anvita receives Suhas’s reports from Dr. Khanna. His condition is critical, and she has barely twenty-four hours to save him. Panic sets in as she remembers the donor’s mother demanding money in exchange for the liver. Her anxiety grows—but a moment later, Dr. Kavya arrives and hands her the consent form. Anvita is stunned to see the donor’s mother at the hospital, calmly completing the paperwork.
Anvita confronts her, demanding to know what made her change her mind. A flashback reveals everything: Virat had met the donor’s mother privately, paid her fifteen lakh rupees, and begged her not to tell Anvita. The woman even demanded his wristwatch, and Virat—desperate—handed it over. Back in the present, the donor’s mother lies smoothly, saying her son’s determination moved her heart. But the missing watch and her words make Anvita realize the truth: Virat is the one who helped her.
Anvita then meets the donor, who sincerely explains why he agreed to donate his liver, further confirming Virat’s intervention.
Outside, Hetal eats snacks without concern. Sanjay approaches her and warns her again to keep spying on Anvita and Virat. Hetal snaps back, saying she can’t monitor anything inside. Nearby, Bandya and Siddhu secretly plan to conduct a DNA test to find out the truth about Siddhu’s father. They trick their younger siblings into joining a temple visit inside the hospital, then send them away so they can carry out their plan discreetly.
Meanwhile, Suhas’s surgery begins. Virat arrives at the hospital, and Anvita pulls him aside, gently trying to make him admit that he paid the donor’s family. Virat deflects, insisting someone else must have helped her. A flashback shows him buying a duplicate version of the watch he gave away, preparing for this moment. In the present, he slips the new watch into Anvita’s hand, telling her to keep it. Just then, Sanjay arrives and sees them standing close, instantly feeling hurt and insecure.
Later, Sanjay opens up to Anvita, recalling how he once fought desperately to save his own father. His vulnerability overwhelms her. Moments later, she rushes inside as the doctor announces that Suhas’s condition is worsening. The entire family waits anxiously.
