The episode starts with Neil and Ragini’s post marriage rituals. They both find ring from milk at once. RK says now they cannot dominate each other. Karan asks Dimpy if she found ring during their marriage. She asks what does he mean. He says he is joking.

Neil gets a call and the lady on the other side calls him darling and asks when will he come to meet her. He asks who is she. She says the one he hugs. He says he does not know her and says family that he is getting weird calls. Karan says he will complaint about wrong numbers and takes his phone. He silently walks out and changes sim. Neil sees that. Karan says these are his calls and pam changed his number to stop him from getting Nivedita’s call. Neil asks him to stop blaming Pam and asks why he betrays Dimpy. Karan says he loves Dimpy a lot and just speaks to girls for fun. RK enters and asks Neil to go back to Ragini soon. Neil continues scolding Karan.

Dimpy says Neil that children have planned a surprise for him and takes him in. Children take Neil and Ragini to their room and show their decoration. Neil gets nervous and says no more surprises now. Everyone walk out leaving them alone.

Sunny tells Pam that her neighbor’s son and daughter-in-law did not have child, so neighbor sent them to Ragini’s house for a second honeymoon and she gave them palangtod/aphrodisiac paan. Pam asks what is it. She says pappu paanwala makes this special paan for couples. Pam gets tensed, opens Neil and Ragini’s room door and says paan paan. RK and children stop her and take her from there, asking Neil and Ragini to lock door from inside. Neil looks at paan and says he likes paan a lot and Pam was telling about it. He asks her to eat, but she denies. He says it is sweet paan and their relationship’s bitterness will lessen. They both then eat paan.

Sunny jokes with Pam that her palang tod/aphrodisiac paan will work on Neil and Ragini. Pam scolds her and asks to go and rest. Sunny asks Nivedita why is she still here. Nivedita says she wanted to see how Neil is doing after she ditched him. sunny says saheb ditched her instead and asks her to stop interfering in Neil and Ragini’s life.

Once Sunny leaves, Pam tells Nivedita that Neil loves paan and hopes he does not eat it. Nivedita says it is good for her if he does not eat, else she will be in trouble. Pam asks what does she mean. Nivedita shows video where Pam confesses that Neil’s hospital deal is at risk and he is jobless now because of Ragini, so she tried hard to get them married and get back Neil’s hospital deal and job. Pam asks how can she play such a dirty trick with her. Nivedita says if she does not help her, she will show her video to everyone.

Neil under aphrodisiac paan’s effect starts talking to ragini and asks her to wipe pan from her lips. She tries, but still traces remain. He asks if she does not eat paan. She says she did not since 18 years. Rose petals fall when they try to correct bed and they both then start picking them and look at each other.

Neil nervously asks what next. She asks what next means.. He says he will watch TV and switches it, but sees no signal. He asks if she did not pay bill. She says naani and children are not at home, so she did not waste money. Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar’s romantic scene starts. Neil gets romantic seeing this. He gets more romantic seeing Ragini removing her chunri and makeup.

Precap: Ragini sees her sari pallu stuck, thinks Neil is holding it and asks him to leave it. He says when he is not holding it, how can he leave it.
