The episode starts with Ragini telling Aman that even she went through a lot of ups and down, but never spoke like Nishi. Aman says Nishi is in depression, so she should help her get out of it. He suggests her to take Neil’s help. She says he cannot help himself, how will he help Nishi. Aman says just as she said Nishi she should forget everything and move ahead, she should do the same.
Neil asks Suhani when is she going on a vacation with Karthik. She says they dropped the idea as he did not seem comfortable. Ragini calls Neil, but he is busy speaking to Suhani and asks his secretary to tell he is busy. Secretary picks call and tells sir is busy with his girl, so cannot talk. Neil finishes talk and asks secretary whose call was it. She says some lady who was calling
RK video chats with Pam who asks about Devika. He says she fought after seeing their chatting messages and went angrily. She asks why did he show it to her. He says she herself saw it. Agam enters Pam’s room asking socks and asks whom she is video chatting. She closes laptop screen and says she is talking to bank manager. He says even he wants to speak. She says his socks is in cupboard and asks him to go. He taunts her a bit and leaves. On the other side, Devika comes back and RK closes window. He asks her to leave while he finishes his work and join her. Once she leaves, he tells Pam that they have to chat hiding like laila majnu.
Ragini goes to Nishi’s room with food and says she prepared her favorite food. She tells Aman suggested her and Jignesh to have a marriage counseling and says sometimes solutions are given by third person when they forget it. She turns her back and is shocked to see her slit hand, suicide. She rushes her to hospital with Naani and Aman. Aman says he will handle Nishi’s case and takes her to OT. Naani tries to console Ragini. Ragini says she failed as a mother and could not bring her children well. Earlier Arav used to threaten to suicide and now Nishi tried suicide.
Neil asks everyone to accompany him for lunch. Suhani asks if Karthik can join. Neil says he can and asks him to come near Bell care hospital. Pam says it is same hospital where Ranbir is doing his internship. Neil says let us leave first and takes them all.
Aman comes back and says Nishi is fine now as blood loss was minimal. Sunny gives him water. He drinks glasses of water and says Nishi will regain consciousness in 1-2 hours, she is waking up in between and murmuring one word. She asks what is it. He says dad. Ragini feels devastated hearing it.
Neil removes his family pic with Ragini and children from drawer, looks at it and keeps it back. His coat stucks in. He reminisces Nishi’s childhood when she was will, but leaves.
Neil takes family for a hospital ceremony. Agam asks Suhani why did they come here. Suhani asks Karthik and he says it must be felicitation ceremony. Neil comes on stage and announces that he bought Soul Care Hospital and it will be run by Khannas from now. Karthik says uncle is very successful and he is owning such a big hospital chain. Suhani says she came to know just now. Pam says even she came to know now. Reporter asks Neil how did he buy hospital when others were also trying to buy it. He says previous hospital owner must have felt him more competent. He says his son Ranbir will run this hospital and calls him. Ranbir does not come. Neil asks Agam to go and check in bathroom.
Precap: Ragini says Nishi she wants to speak to her papa, but her papa is very busy and does not care of about her at all.
