The episode starts with Ragini bringing injured Suhani to hospital thinking about her past… She comes home back and gets busy arranging clothes in cupboard. Mom asks her to relax. Ragini says she has to join duty tomorrow morning. Sunny tells mom that Sunny is tensed about Neil and Nivedita’s engagement and always try to work whenever she is upset. Baa comes and asks Sunny to get her choc. Sunny gets pappu paanwala’s call and gets busy speaking to him. Mom gives Baa water. Baa asks why did she give her water instead of her juice.
Neil comes to Ragini’s house and sees her falling on floor and writhing in pain. He asks what is she doing. She says she was keeping Nishi’s suitcase on cupboard. He helps her sit on sofa and asks where is her tall/lambu
Mom asks Ragini what happened. Neil says she sprained her leg and may have fractured it. He tries to massage balm on her feet. Ragini sees Nivedita standing and asks Neil to leave her leg. Neil sees Nivedita but continues massaging balm and nursing Ragini’s pain. Sunny asks Nivedita why did she come here and taunts her for wearing revealing clothes. Nivedita gets irked.

Ragini asks Neil why did he come. He says he had some work with Aman. Aman reaches home. Nivedita asks why is he late. He picks bubble gum packet and says he had gone out to bring bubble gum for Baa as she has some weird demands usually. She asks him to go and take care of Ragini. Sunny comes and sends Aman in. Ragini says Aman that Neil wanted to talk to her. He asks Neil why did not call on his phone and says his battery and network are full.
Aman takes Neil out to hall and asks why did he come. He tells about patient and his prescriptions. Aman says he would have informed on phone instead of coming. Baa comes and asks Neil where was he. He calls Nivedita chudail and asks her to get out from here. Nivedita tries to speak, but Neil asks her not to and go out. Baa then asks Aman why is he here. He says he is Dr. Aman. Baa asks he is another namuna/specimen and asks him to go out. She asks Neil why he does not stay with them. He says he has some work and leaves. Karan calls him and asks if he found Suhani. He says no and asks him to take his IG friend’s help. Nivedita sees his concern and tries to lure him showing fake concern for Suhani.
Aman goes to Ragini’s room and they both converse. Sunny thanks him for coming and says she prepared food from the vegetables he brought in the morning. He says he got a good vegetable vendor and is thinking of giving a contract to him and change his hospital’s food menu. He then waves bye to Ragini and walks out. Agam comes and asks where was he. Sunny says Baa wanted chewing gum and called Aman. Aman says Badi naani is very funny. Aarav is very and walks into his room. Aman asks what happened to him. Agam says nothing and waves him bye.
Neil is driving car and worries about Suhani. Nivedita tries to show her fake concern and hug him. He pushes her and says he does not need her fake concern. He then apologizes her for shouting. She says she cannot see him in tension and has accepted him the way he is. He says he was with his children and Pam, but he could not give love to Suhani except money, Suhani used to complain that she needs her dad, but he did not listen to her at all. After Nishi’s marriage, he is thinking Suhani will also be married, so he wants to give the love she deserves and starts crying. She asks him not to worry, she will use all her resources and contacts and find out Suhani. He says Suhani does not need a lawyer and starts driving back.
Precap: Ragini sees Suhani writing HELP from her blood on car’s window from inside it and gets suspicious.
