The Episode starts with the nurse instructing the family members to wait near the operation theatre. Everyone rushes there. The doctor discusses Adrija’s critical condition due to excessive blood loss with his colleague and insists that her family must be informed.
Elsewhere, Param questions Ranbir about Meghla’s whereabouts. Ranbir’s response upsets him, prompting further questioning. Param reminds him that Meghla’s heartfelt prayers were behind Zoravar’s recovery, but Ranbir dismisses it, crediting medical treatment instead. He also holds Meghla accountable for their current situation. Declaring that he will do everything to restore Adrija’s life to normal, Ranbir walks away, leaving Param disheartened.
The doctor then updates the family about Adrija’s deteriorating health. Mahua becomes hysterical, while Chandan breaks down. Ranbir tries to reassure Chandan. Just then, Meghla arrives, only to face Mahua’s wrath, as she blames her for Adrija’s condition. Ranbir demands to know where Meghla had been, and she explains that she had gone to the temple to pray for Adrija’s recovery. Mahua refuses to believe her. Ranbir pleads with Mahua not to blame Meghla, admitting that he himself is responsible for Adrija’s state. Chandan pulls Mahua aside to calm her down.
Meghla requests a nurse to place a puja flower near Adrija, which she had brought from the temple. Though hesitant at first, the nurse eventually agrees. Meher, however, criticizes Meghla for her faith in God.
Inside the surgery room, the nurse informs the doctor about the family’s request regarding the puja flower. Hoping for a miracle, the doctor allows it. As soon as the flower is placed on Adrija, her pulse rate begins to rise. The doctors grow hopeful and administer further medication to stabilize her condition. Meanwhile, Kamla urges Mahua to stay strong, but Mahua rudely tells her not to interfere.
Simran tells Ranbir that Meghla is suffering the most and urges him to support her. Ranbir expresses his frustration over Meghla being blamed for his decision. Just then, the doctor arrives and informs the family that Adrija’s condition has stabilized. Everyone is relieved.
Mahua visits Adrija, comforting her and assuring her that everything will be fine. She also advises Adrija not to return to work after her recovery. However, another family member intervenes, cautioning Mahua against making such statements out of fear.
The doctor then delivers another shocking update—some of Adrija’s body parts are paralyzed, and she may never walk again. The family is left stunned. Chandan is devastated, but Ranbir vows to do everything possible to help Adrija recover. The doctor, however, states that the chances are slim. He also reveals that Adrija will never be able to conceive, advising the family to keep this information from her due to her fragile state. Meghla and Chandan break down in tears. Zoravar blames Meghla, but both Ranbir and Chandan defend her, telling him to stop holding her responsible for Adrija’s condition.
Precap: Adrija demands to know the truth about her health. As Chandan struggles to respond, a nurse enters and unexpectedly reveals that Adrija will never walk again, leaving everyone in shock.

What now?? i feel like Ranbir will be very close to Adrija and ignore Meghla and then Meghla will decide to leave ,after that Ranbir will marry Adrija
I haven’t seen the episode yet, but I’m confused? So Ranbir is telling Param he blames Meghala for the accident, but still defending her in front of everyone else….I guess I’ll find out when I get home and watch it lol. Honestly, this is so toxic and I really hate how they are ruining Meghbir’s marriage and love story….they should be growing together, not being torn apart…they genuinely had some good scenes together before…what a waste. Also, I find it curious how the description reads that Adrija will not be able to conceive too….Hmm, I wonder if they will show that Meghala will be pregnant and Adrija will take both her husband and child from her….that would be horrible, but I expect no less from ITV nor StarPlus. In a way, though I am upset by the way things are going, something definitely needs to prompt Meghala to become stronger and aggressive, and sadly, that won’t happen with her having Ranbir or anyone by her side (those who cared for her were too protective of her)….It’s true Meghala was too weak…she didn’t even know how to book a cab for herself. I don’t want to watch this torture and if it does happen, can they just do something in the next 3-4 episodes, and then begin with her revenge track….I think all viewers would love to see that…but the makers will definitely stretch this out for months if the TRP even increases slightly. Plus, kudos to Param for actually caring for Meghala….I don’t want a love story to emerge between the two (not saying she should forgive Ranbir so easily either), but I definitely want him to be a brother figure supporting her. They can always introduce another man later who will make Ranbir jealous lol.
I’ve stopped watching this show as the Adrija story never ends and watching a weak Meghla take all the abuse and be so blind to Adrija’s faults. Mahua needs to grow up and act her age. It was a good start but got boring with the same thing over and over again. Ranbir needs to either fully support Meghla or grow up himself.
Zoravar needs to start acting his age.
