The Episode starts with Kamla trying to calm Mahua down, assuring her that Adrija will recover. Chandan, confused, asks what happened to Adrija. Zoravar reveals that Adrija’s car collided with a truck. Mahua, in distress, starts questioning Ranbir’s family and accuses Meghla of leaving Adrija alone. Ranbir immediately takes responsibility, clarifying that it was his decision to send Adrija home in the company car.
Mahua lashes out at Ranbir, questioning his hatred towards Adrija. She further blames the Bajwa family for failing to take care of her. The entire family stands helpless, unable to respond to her accusations. Just then, a nurse arrives, asking the family to complete the surgery formalities. Ranbir steps forward to handle the paperwork, followed by Meghla. Balveer asks Chandan if he wants to proceed with the formalities, but Chandan, overwhelmed, refuses, stating he is not in the right state of mind.
Ranbir signs the necessary documents, and the doctor briefs him about Adrija’s condition. He warns that Adrija may lose her ability to walk after the surgery. Ranbir is left shocked, while Meghla breaks down in tears upon hearing the doctor’s words.
Before the surgery begins, the nurse warns the family to be prepared for any outcome due to the complications. Mahua panics, fearing Adrija might not survive, and collapses in despair. The nurse quickly reassures her that she didn’t mean it that way before heading inside. Chandan tries to console Mahua, but she angrily rebukes him for neglecting Adrija in favor of Meghla, whom she scorns as an orphan. Meghla is deeply hurt by Mahua’s words, while the rest of the family is left stunned.
Ranbir pleads with Mahua not to blame Meghla, insisting that it was his mistake. However, Mahua refuses to listen and once again questions Ranbir’s hatred towards Adrija, leaving him speechless. When Meghla tries to comfort her, Mahua furiously pushes her away, accusing her of being the reason behind Adrija’s condition. She even regrets giving Meghla a place in her life, calling her a snake. Meghla is devastated, while Ranbir and his family watch in shock. Param steps in and advises Meghla not to take Mahua’s words to heart.
Zoravar and Meher try to calm Mahua, urging her to think positively. Simran joins them in attempting to console her, but Mahua remains inconsolable. Chandan voices his fears about Adrija’s recovery, but Ranbir assures him that he will do whatever it takes to help Adrija fully heal.
Mahua, still seething with anger, blames Meghla for the accident. She claims that if Meghla had gone on her honeymoon with Ranbir, Adrija would never have met with such a fate. She then declares that Ranbir will regret marrying Meghla in the future, leaving everyone shocked. Meghla, unable to bear the accusations any longer, quietly walks away.
Param attempts to defend Meghla, but Mahua lashes out at him. Simran and Harman intervene, stopping Param from arguing further. They remind him that Mahua is not in a stable state of mind and advise him to ignore her words.
Meghla arrives at a temple, overwhelmed with guilt. She prays for Adrija’s recovery, vowing to carry the guilt forever if anything happens to her. As she sings a devotional song, a flower falls near her while she kneels before the deity. Taking it as a divine sign, Meghla smiles with renewed hope.
Precap: The doctor informs the family about the possibility of Adrija becoming disabled. Chandan breaks down in despair, while Ranbir vows to go to any extent to ensure Adrija’s recovery.

Mahua deserve Ahdrija. They both are of the same cloth, lack love and genuity. Megla actually deserve better. I hope they will bring a new lead for Megla.. Ranbir and his parents, grandparents can keep Ahdrija. Hope he marries Ahdrija becos of this accident. Fed up now.
I had a few thoughts after watching today’s episode:
1. Mahua and Adrija deserve one another – they are cut from the same cloth. I hope Meghala finds her birth mother, and doesn’t look back. I want Mahua to pine for Meghala and realize how her own child is trash.
2. No news there – Ranbir’s family is rotten.
3. As for Ranbir, I have been really disgusted by his behavior these past few episodes, especially when he said he was tired of Meghala, his cold indifference, calling her an idiot/good for nothing, and then partially blaming her for the accident as well. At the same time, to be fair, today, I did like that he at least defended Meghala even if he didn’t show too much warmth…..not saying he’s doing a service to her, because he was there when everything happened, but just saying. However, his character will fall lower in the coming days with Adrija’s entry. I always want to give him the benefit of the doubt, because he genuinely cared for Meghala throughout the past five months of the show, but his sudden role reversal, and how quickly he turned against her inspite of his promises, is what makes his character so much more disappointing than other ITV male leads – at least the others are rotten from the start and are forced into the marraiges lol. In Ranbir’s case, he is the ONLY one (not even Meghala) who wanted this marriage and made it happen, and now he can’t stand by his wife…wth?
4. Honestly, I do support Meghala but she’s also not doing herself ANY favors. I know Ranbir has been a jackass recently, but Param is right, it’s not Ranbir’s fault either…I low-key wish that at least Meghala told that to Ranbir, so it would add a bit of softness to their relationship, and so at least they stop playing the blame game. Also, as much as Ranbir has horrifically blamed Meghala recently, Meghala has never stopped from blaming (or throwing him under the bus) and lashing out on Ranbir on all sorts of things in the past….the whole wedding drama, the shagun clothes, etc…granted, she was justified to an extent haha. I’m definitely not defending Ranbir in his current state, but Meghala also needs to get some sense. I just hope she gets smarter and starts plotting against Adrija with Param — that is the only way the show will be digestable. Then, she can leave Ranbir or make him beg at her feet for her love.
5. Param is the only one with any intelligence on this show – though he should have told Ranbir about his suspicions before. I really hope he doesn’t trust Adrija and continues to support Meghala. I like that he at least is watching out for both Meghbir and trying to resolve their differences, though let’s see if their relationship will even be salvagable.
After all Adria is just an employee…why somuch priority should be given to her and everyone should wait for her as shezz ranbhirs wife….
Nobody particularly parents had no tome to wait for her but they expect everyone to treat her a a Supreme goal and take care of her….why?any logic left for this?
She is an employee of their business and should learn to tackle those things…. why she expect the boss to wait for her? At that time she demands as a sister….sometimes she leaves everyone for her self motives…what kind of characterisation is this?
