The Episode starts with Meher guiding Meghla, vowing not to let her repeat past mistakes. Meghla, in turn, asks Meher to resume singing. Though hesitant, Meher agrees. Meghla then asks about Heeravati, leading to an emotional moment as Meher reminisces. She apologizes for her past behavior, and Simran playfully teases them. Harman then arrives with Adrija, followed by Ranbir and Param.
Adrija, feeling hopeless about walking again, tells Harman to stop forcing her. Meher and Ranbir encourage her to try, with Ranbir assuring her that she’ll recover within a month. Reluctantly, Adrija attempts to walk but nearly falls, only for Ranbir to catch her. Clinging to him, she claims she has no strength in her legs. Meghla steps in to motivate her, but Adrija rudely pushes her away, shocking everyone.
Adrija announces her decision to return home, but Meghla advises against it. Frustrated, Adrija lashes out at Meghla, upsetting the family. Meher offers to call Adrija’s parents, but this only irritates her further. She then taunts Meghla for living a trouble-free life, leading Ranbir to defend Meghla. Despite Meghla’s pleas, Adrija insists that her recovery will somehow upset Meghla, leaving everyone stunned.
The next day, Ranbir and Meghla visit Meher, revealing Meghla’s plan to participate in a reality show. They request Meher’s support, and she agrees, making them happy. Simran, Param, and Harman also express their support. However, Meghla feels guilty for hiding it from the rest of the family. Meher reassures her and asks if Meghla’s parents know. Ranbir confirms that Chandan will meet them at the venue but adds that they didn’t tell Adrija due to her fragile state.
Just then, Adrija arrives, questioning them. They grow tense but manage to cover up the situation. Later, as Ranbir and Meghla prepare to leave, Adrija’s persistent questions make everyone uneasy. Ranbir, however, firmly responds and takes Meghla away. Suspicious, Adrija resolves to uncover Meghla’s secret.
