Ranbir’s father worries that if Adrija involves the police, their entire family might suffer. But Ranbir remains firm—he promises to handle everything. In a tender moment, Ranbir and Meghla share a hug, their bond still strong despite the chaos. Ranbir, though filled with pride for Meghla’s love, also feels insecure about their future. His father realizes he was wrong to trust Adrija and blames himself for the mess.
After Adrija leaves, her mother apologizes to everyone for her daughter’s hurtful actions. Ranbir’s father, too, admits his mistake and asks forgiveness from the couple.
Meghla, stunned by Adrija’s betrayal, retreats to her room, seeking solitude. The family finally sees Adrija’s true nature—they were all fooled by her dual-faced behavior.
Later, Neil visits Ranbir and brings a bowl of haldi as part of the New Year festivities. Sensing his friend’s distress, Neil listens to Ranbir’s pain and encourages him to never let go of Meghla again.
