shivaay realized his mistake … anika reaches home and is upset… daksh is back but still not aware about the truth….door bell rang at anikas house…..

Anika: kaun ho saktha he is waqt. (moves back after seeing shivaay at the door)
(Shivaay just looks into her eyes and starts recalling all the torture that he gave her and gets teary eyed.)
Anika: what the hell are you doing here? Now which contract u want me to sign. (with anger and aggression)
Shivaay: ani… anika I came to apologize for my mistake. I was wrong sorry for not understanding you. I have no idea what made me do like that. I cant do it with any girl.
Anika: Yes u cant do it with any girl… but am a sadak chap person right. with me you can do anything. And what do think of yourself. Mr. Oberoi I might be a middle class person but even I have self respect and dignity. Aur aap tho hamesha apne hi thadi mein rehthe he. Bada gamand he na aapko apne naam par , khoon par but remember one thing aap bhi isi dharthi par rehthe he aur mein bhi. Aap unche kandhan ke he tho kya bhagwan aapko aasman mein jaga de. nahin na.. Sahil: (with a small face.. ) di I don’t understand anything. Can you please tell me what happened? SSO sorry ke raha he na maaf kardo na di..
Anika: (with a angry tone) sahil just go inside. Its not good for you to interfere in between elders when they talk. Please get inside your room and sleep. I will come in a while.
(Sahil goes inside his bed room and closes the door in anger)
Shivaay: anika you can give me any punishment. Am ready to do anything. But please forgive me. I cant see you hating me.
Anika: that you should have thought before doing all this Mr. Oberoi. Jo raitha apne pehla he na who tho aapi ko sametna hoga.
Shivaay: anika just once…
(anika cuts his talk in between)
Anika: (removes mangalsutra from her neck and gives it to him.) take this mangalsutra or else u might say that I stole it later. I don’t want to keep any relationship with you. U said ur giving me divorce ryt. Arre aap kya muje divorce doge mein kudh aapko chodthi hun. Nahin chahiye muje aapka naam
Shivaay: (Gets angry coz she removed her mangalsutra. grabs her and makes her wear it again.) Talak hua tho nahin he na. Am still your husband and you are Mrs. Anika Singh Oberoi.
Anika: aap ke bhol dene se khuch nahin hoga…
Shivaay: oh really… than I have to make you my wife forcefully. So that I can begin now itself I guess. As a husband I have all rights to kiss u.
Anika: (Gets back listening this and was scared too)
Shivaay: Grabs her hand and pulls her towards him…
song plays…..Nazdeek he dilke…..oh jana…………

Anika tries to push him and run. She reaches a corner.
Shivaay: u cant run away from me anika. Am your husband. He grabs her in his arms. He kisses on her forehead. (anika tries to push him, but fails. She just closes her eyes.) He kisses on her beautiful eyes which were filled with tears. He than kisses on her cheeks. She resists but he holds her even tight and bites her rosy lower lips. He starts kissing her deeply even she couldn’t resist and bites his upper lip. They share a liplock for a while. They were completely lost kissing deeply . (immediately anika recalls everything and pushes him back with all her strength)
Anika: how dare you do this to me? I will not leave you.
Shivaay: with a cute smile and blush… even I want the same thing. I don’t want you to leave me.
Anika: I ll complain against you>
Shivaay: yes Mrs. Oberoi please go ahead. Do you want DCP’s no. or ACP’s no.
Anika: just holds his hand and pushes him outside and closes the door. She starts recalling all the incidents and cries badly.
Shivaay: couldn’t control his happiness after kissing her. He felt as if he is already in heaven. He felt as if his heart just missed a beat. He kept thinking I did it in anger why am feeling so happy. why does she effect me so much? and leaves from there in his car.

At oberoi mansion…
Tiya was sitting in the hall with her parents and oberoi’s. She was sitting and crying. Shivaay enters.
Tina runs and hugs him and starts crying badly.
Tina: Shivaay baby am sorry. I didn’t want to leave you and go. I can explain.
Shivaay: (just pushes her aside) U better explain tina. U never thought about my family’s respect and feelings before taking such a step.
Tina: baby please understand me I had to leave. My brother robin had met with an accident. I received a call and I had to rush. I did not get time to inform anyone.
Pinky: but tina puttar u should have atleast made a call and informed us na. U don’t know what blunder has happened here.
Tina: My brother robin met with accident and … and… he is no more( just burst’s into tears to gain sympathy)
All get shocked. Scene freezes for a moment.
Tina: I lost my brother whom I loved so much. Listening to this mom ended up in ICU. Tina recalls…

Robin forces tina to run away with him and not to marry shivaye. Tina tries to stop him but he doesn’t listen. Tina leaves a note and goes with him. They go in car. In between they see someone and stop the car.
Robin: Excuse me…. we have to go.. why are you blocking our way…. cant you hear me (he keeps honking since it was dark he couldn’t see his face properly. He gets furious and gets down from the car.)
Robin: whats your problem man. why are you standing here like a pole. If you want money ask me I will give but clear the way. IDIOT. (Meanwhile someone hits on his head from behind with a wooden blog and it was tia)
Tia: oh baby… I tried to convince you so much but did not listen to me. You were going to ruin my dream and my plan. I married to you long time back and that time you had money property everything. But along with our business u lost everything too. Why the hell will I love such a looser. I love shivaay and shivaay is my Jackpot and a winner always. He is only mine. I will not spare anyone who comes between us.
(Tina and that other person(identity hidden) put him in a car and push him down the valley)
Tina: bye my dear husband. And now my new life begins…Congratulations Mrs.Tina singh oberoi… I like it..
