Om extends his hands for hug, shivay hugged him, rudra was hesitating but shivay pulled him in to the group hug.

Om: that time you was not this much mature so we thought to not tell you because there were risks.

Next day morning shivay, anika and shivam returns to oberoi mansion. Everyone welcomes them with aarthi. Anika was gestured as nayi naveli dulhan.
