S(Screaming): Do not turn on the water. Someone sabotaged the electric wires with the water pipes. If you touch the wires, then you will be electrocuted. Annika, go to the back and turn off the water supply. (It was a big house so just going to the back was a mission)
Gauri was looking at the newspaper as she cannot take a bath even though she was covered in sweat.
G(Thinking): Om just worked out with me and he probably went upstairs from his workout. He does not know that the water supply has tampered. He is going to turn on the tap to take a shower.
Throwing the newspaper in her hands, Gauri runs up the stairs. When she was running, her toe accidentally hit the stairs and started bleeding. Her toe nail came up but she did not care. At that moment, the only thing she could think about was Om. She runs inside his room but could not find him.
G: Om!! Om!!
Then she sees a silhouette in the washroom. Without thinking, she runs into the washroom and just as Om was about to step in the bathtub, and turn on the tap, she pulls him out.
Om falls on her and they were just in that position still like that. Feeling uncomfortable, Om gets up and he reaches his hand out to help her out. Then, Gauri sees something that was going to disturb her for the rest of her life. Om was half naked and was wearing blue tight boxers. Her mouth was wide open as she never seen a man like this before except in the flyers. She always thought it was due to Photoshop but he was just perfect.
G(Thinking: His chiseled abs and muscular arms. A girl can die to see this…
O: Are you checking me out??
G: Yes, you are so hot!!!
O: What??
G: I mean. No, I was not.
It was straight up awkward so Gauri refused his help and got up.
O: Why are you here?
Gauri turns around, blushing but Om can see her reflection in the mirror.
O: Can you answer my question? Can you stop acting so horny? I am not going to fall for your tricks again.
Gauri instantly looks Om using the mirror. Her red eyes were glaring at him, ready to pierce his eyes out. Then, a lone tear drops from her eyes and run out of the room.
G(Thinking): Me… horny… I came to save your life, Om.
O(Thinking): What does she expect me to do? She runs into the bathroom without knocking. I already feel embarrassed. This is the first time Gauri saw me like this and it was unexpected. Imagine what the situation would have been if I was completely naked.
He quickly takes his clothes and gets ready. He looks on the floor and sees the blood.
O: The only two people in this room were Gauri and I. If I am not hurt, then Gauri is bleeding. Does she know that? Why did she get hurt? First I need to dress her wound.
