Om signs the documents.

O(Thinking): I married her to save her from the goon and now I accepted that she is my wife to save her life again.

The nurse comes back out.

O: Why did you come back out? Go inside and save Gauri.

N: Sir..

O: What, tell me quick… do not waste time… my wife is inside struggling for her life.

N: The doctor asked me to check your wounds as well.

O: I do not care about it now… All I need you to do is go back in there and help the doctor with his operation.

N: But the doctor said…. He is my boss.

O: I AM OMKARA SINGH OBEROI… I will buy this entire hospital right now so that everyone here can work on saving my life… I mean wife.

The nurse in fear go backs inside and Om sits back on his chair.

O: I have never used the Oberoi name to influence anyone but for you, today I did. You changed me Gauri and I am willing to accept this change with you by my side.

Om’s phone rings and he picks it up.

O(Stuttering): Hel..lo

S: Om, this is Shivaye. I have been trying to call Gauri all this time. Where are you guys? You said that you will be back in two days. We had to continue on with all the rasams without you guys.

O: Shivaye!! Gauri… Gauri

S: What happened??

O: Shivaye, I need you. Please come to the hospital. Gauri is admitted here. I do not know what to do.

S: Om, do not worry. We will all be here.

Om gets up and looks through the window and sees the doctors wiping all her blood. He stands there staring at her.

It has been two hours and the doctors or nurses have not come out of the room. Shivika, Ruvya and Dadi come running to Om. There, they see Om standing by the door, his head resting on the door but his eyes looking through the window. Her chest and hands covered in blood. Gauri’s blood.

S and R(Placing their hands on his shouder): Om.,,

Om turns around and hugs Shivaye and Rudra.

O: Gauri (Pointing at the door)… The doctors are not saying anything.

S: Do not worry, Om. Nothing will happen. She will wake up and smile at you.

Om instantly falls on his knees.

O: No, Shivaye. I saw her condition. She was literally red in blood. It is all my fault. She participated in Dangal because of me. She saved me from those goons. She ran into a burning building to get the murti. She came in the way when the goons attacked me and saved my life. She did all of this… for me and… for my family.

D: Dangal? Burning building? What do you mean, Om?

Om narrates the entire story and everyone is in tears.

D: Gauri did all this for us. Why did you not call us before?

Shivaye looks at Rudra, Bhavya and Annika.

A(Thinking): We thought that we were doing them a favour by sending them alone but instead it backfired and now Gauri is on her deathbed and Om is in a bad situation.

The doctor comes out and heads towards Om.

O: Doctor, please tell me she is fine.

D: Sorry, Om. I understand that you are her husband and your feelings.

Everyone looks at Om in shock.

S(Thinking): He accepted her as his wife…

They all group hug Om, but then Om breaks free from the hug.

O(Thinking): There is something I can do to save Gauri.
