Ishqbaaz Imagining the Future part 2

[Recap:Shivaye and Anika has an argument over Priyanka’s marriage and Om warns him if his fight continues with Anika the created distance will make it easier for Daksh to spoil things]

Shivay knew nobody can take Anika away from him,he wouldn’t let anybody,but something in Om’s words had made his confidence flatter. Coming out of his thoughts he realised it was late at night and Anika had still not returned to the room. He got up immediately and went to search for her, ‘I have to make things right’ ,he thought,but Anika was no where.Suddenly his determination to get her back,turned to fear of not being able to even find her. “Where are you Anika?”. He cursed himself “How could I be so careless? How could I just let you leave when I knew Daksh is around? Anika…” Speeding down the corridor he came to an abrupt halt with the feeling of Anika’s presence. Backing a few steps he looked towards Sahil’s room and there she was. Sitting beside her sleeping young brother she brushed her hands over Sahil’s hair with all the love while with the other hand she was wiping away her tears. Anika was crying as silently as possible. Something pained within Shivay,he got inside the room “Where were you? I’ve been searching for you everywhere. Are you mad? You know Daksh is around and look at you, roaming around in the mansion at night and…” Anika interrupted him “Are you blind? Can’t you see Sahil’s asleep?” It was almost a whisper… Back in their room Anika had not uttered a word. The silence and the fact that Anika is not talking to him annoyed Shivay but he couldn’t come up with ways to talk to her. “Look I’m… m… sorry… I didn’t mean to…”

Anika stopped him,while not looking at him she said “It’s okay,your voice didn’t disturb Sahil. He has a sound sleep so that’s fine”
“I’m not saying sorry for Sahil, I mean I’m sorry for that too but I… Anika you know what I mean” Anika had lied down on bed till then,facing absolutely opposite to Shivay,pressing her eyes shut and not bothering to reply…”Anika I’m talking to you…Anika”. No reply.Shivay had enough.Within seconds he was right beside Anika on the bed and turned her towards himself.Even with her body turned towards him she still had her eyes closed and face shifting to a different direction.Shivay supported her face with his hands in such a way that she was forced to face him…soon her eyes opened,she found a pair of pained blue eyes looking at her.The moment she opened her eyes he felt something broke inside ’cause she had tears in them.He then knew why she was keeping her eyes closed “Anika…”

“Shivay…” her voice wavered.They were a breath apart.He cupped her face and there foreheads touched, with closed eyes and heavy breaths…He pressed her head against his chest wrapping her within his arms.He realised…that even though he trusted there bond the fear of losing her is unbearable..Having there own thoughts,they both fell asleep…

Next morning all Shivay could think of was Anika’s reaction last night. He knew Anika was strong enough to not be so upset over a fight with him. Then what is botheting her? Is it Daksh’s presence? He thought hard and then it striked.I know what’s upsetting her, he thought,and aloud he said “I have to do something to make it right”
He drank his full espresso in a gulp… He looked up, Om’s words still rang in his ears. He knew,what he was thinking was hard to do but … he closed his eyes,took a deep breath and said to himself “You have to do this Shivay”

Precap-Shivay talking to Daksh “If I say in front of the media that ‘Anika is not my wife’, you have to give me the envelope with Priyanka’s pregnancy evidence.”
Daksh grins and says “Deal.The moment you say that ‘Anika is not your wife’ in front of the media I will handover the envelope to you”
Shivay calls Anika to the stage beside him… all cameras turn towards Anika…
