In the hospital
Om was sitting outside the ICU his eyes had become red & swollen due to all the crying, his shirt was covered with blood & he had not spoken a single word since they brought Ishu to the hospital & she was taken to the ICU, shivru were surrounding him trying to make him talk to them & trying to calm him, trying to pull him out of the gloom he was locking himself in but they were not successful in doing so.
The elders wanted to talk with him but they didn’t knew what to say to him or how to console him, as they didn’t knew anything about ishkara, while Priyanka was also sitting very quietly staring towards OT where naira was being treated, when Kabir came with a tray full of coffees for everyone, he passed it to all the elders & shivru & saumya first then took last two cups & went to Priyanka first.
Kabir : bhabi, pls have some of this
Priyanka was startled by this sudden bhabi but looking at Kabir smiled gently
Prinku : how can I gappu, all r out fighting for us & naira & Ishu in this condition

Kabir : with Tia bhabi, she was really stressed so they admitted her too, to check on her & baby, so they are talking with doc & her sisters & their mother is with them
Prinku : ok, I’ll bring your drink, hot chocolate you go & talk with your om
Kabir nodded & went away from prinku, but all the oberoi’s were shocked to see this avatar of prinku, she was already considering herself daughter in law of a family in which she is not still married & fulfilling her all duties, she even remember their choices & all.
Kabir went to om & sat in front of him

Om looked at Kabir for sometime & then again looked back
Kabir : come-on, jiju I’m not that bad & u knw Ishu will kill me, if she got to know I didn’t take good care of u, don’t u remember what happened last time
Om looked at Kabir & then remembered last time when Ishu got hurt during a mission & he didn’t eat anything, poor Kabir had to face her warth, he smiled remembering that day
Om : yeah, but it was not your fault & today the matter is different
Kabir : no, it isn’t, it’s my Ishu di we are talking about, no matter how much hurt she is, she will never give up on us, she will never leave us, she will be always with us, after all I’m her world, you know that jiju & think about it Ishu di, never like it if someone starve because of her then how can be she happy when after gaining consciousness she find us all Ill & looking as if we had gone through hell & back which we have but that’s a diff matter & u know di never wanted anyone’s life to be destroyed because of her, di always wants us to be happy & be proud of what she did, I know the memories will hurt if we know that we can’t have the same moment ever again, but why think of something bad now till the hope is alive & I know ishu di won’t leave me so soon, so pls do me this favor & have this
Om looked at Kabir with a sad smile on his face, his each word was same as ishana, the same things she will tell him & he couldn’t deny him ever, Kabir was like rudra to him, his baby after all in his hard times, they were always with him taking care of him, cheering him up. Both of them brust out laughing, that sad laugh to make the other Happy without any reason

Kabir : oh priyanka bhabi bringing my hot chocolate
Om : alright , let her come then we will drink together
As if on cue prinku came & handed him his hot chocolate & all of them took sip of their respective drinks, the sips were forced one, nobody wanted to drink that drink but were drinking for the other
Kabir : Everything will be fine right
Prinku : it had to be in the end, when everything becomes happy again
Om : no matter what, nothing can break us apart right
Kabir : cause, it’s all for one & one for all
( They hugged each other tightly hiding their tears from each other)
Rumya were hugging each other in distance, while shivaye was hugging dadi, tejvi & shanky hugging each other, providing silent support to each other, they were still afraid from the way the goons had threatened them & how they shot a police officer directly in head in front of them, the scene we’re horrifying but not more than the fact that om was now more the family member of them than the oberoi’s, they knew how to console him & what to say to him rather them them & that hurt shivru the most, as the bond between them was indestructible but now they seem distant & the reason was there in front of them the lack of trust in each other.
But no one noticed the soul crying silently far away that was none other than gauri
Gauri was hurt badly she never wanted something like this to happen, well she hated ishana for everything but now it seem the basis of her hate were wrong
Gauri was actually gauri Rana, the lost daughter of Vikram Rana, the non identical twin sister of ishana Rana, sister of sidharth & dhanush Rana, but she spend her whole life in poverty bearing all the torture of that cruel mama & Mami of her, she had to work so hard to achieve what she wanted to & when she got to know about her real identity, she couldn’t help but hate ishana, for snatching Everything from her, while she was living in poverty with nothing, ishana was living as princess in rana mansion getting all her wishes fulfilled, getting everything she want, she hated her parents for forgetting about her, for never searching for her & for giving all her love to ishana, she thought that ishana was a spoilt girl, who got whatever she wanted, she was rude, she didn’t accept her at the first they of work as Anika did, she didn’t talk sweetly with her, her replied were short & direct to the point & the way she talked with om, it made her hate her more, om was sweet & a gentleman, but now if she looked after it all, her assumptions were wrong, ishana wasn’t rude or anything but she was insecure, she didn’t trust people easily, she was afraid of getting hurt so, she didn’t open up to anyone, she wasn’t spoilt cause no such people will choose such a hard life as a police officer & the way she selflessly sacrificed her life for others, showed her pure heart & after knowing how much in danger she was living made gauri more guilty & what she did, she gave all the info to the assassins in her revenge, she endangered her parents life, she is the Reason of her sister this condition, she can’t ever forgive herself & most of all ishana knew what she did & still she saved her, was eating gauri alive not to mention watching om in so much pain.
Kabir : aunty uncle, dadi, Sid bhai has arranged a house for you all, you can go & rest
Dadi : no beta, how can we ??
Kabir : why not dadi ji, see you all should rest, the people who were injured have already been & no matter what we do here, we can’t help them, it’s in the hand of God & doctors, so you should take care of your health & rest & if you want to do something for us, then pray to God.
Dadi : ok, as you say beta
Tejvi, shanky & dadi, Mrs kapoor, Svetlana, romi left from hospital while shivrumya & gauri stayed in hospital with Sid , Mallika , Kabir, om, prinku waiting for the doctors to say something.
After sometime doc come out of OT
Sid : doc, how is my sister, Everything fine right
Doc : Mr Rana, relax , your sister is out of danger now, she will gain conciousness in few hours
Sid : thank you so much doc, I can’t say how grateful I’m , can we meet her ??
Doc : yes, but only one at a time, she still need rest & Don’t thank me it was my duty, see you
Malika : thank god , my naira is fine now, pls God now heal our Ishu too, pls God
Sid : Kabir, go meet her
Kabir : but you Bhai ??
Sid : try as much as you want but you never can’t hide your feelings from us, we knew about u & naira, now go to your love , we will meet her after sometime
Kabir nodded at sidka & ompri & left to go to the ward but his face was not showing any happiness as his sister was still fighting with death.
Prinku : Bhai, I’ll go to Tia’s ward & check on her & baby
Sidka : ok, take care
On the other hand in the police station, Arjun was ordering his team, who’ve to do what, they don’t have much time & it all should be done secretly as many people’s life is now at stake.
In the hospital
After few minutes ishana’s doc also come out & announced that the operation was successful, ishana was a fighter & she is fine now & they all can meet her after sometime as she will gain her conciousness by then
The feeling Everyone were feeling couldn’t be described by words, they all were extremely happy & tears of joy were flowing out of their eyes,.like before Sid allowed om to go & look at ishana first saying he & Mallika will go & inform Kabir & prinku
Sidka move a little bit away from the ICU & Sid broke down in Malika’s arm hiding his tears from both om & Kabir , shivprirumya & gauri
Sid : my both sisters are fine malika, I can’t thank God enough for this, I thought I lost her this time, but she came back I know my Ishu will never leave her brother, my life is empty without them Malika
Malika : our life Sid, I can’t imagine my day without them teasing me or helping me or complaining to me about you or Arjun, they have given me & Riya the place of their mothers in their life & I’m so happy to have them in my life , our life is empty without them in it & as me & Riya had already said they are our world, I know ariya, Anika, rv, d will save mom dad, but I’m worried about them they don’t care about their life anyway & now they will not at all
Sid : don’t worry love, they won’t leave us this soon & if they I’ll kill them myself
Malika couldn’t understand the sense in Sid’s word but she knew how glad he was & how much he didn’t wanted to think about anything happening to his family. And she too wanted so, she wanted this family to stay united forever
