EPISODE 72

OBEROI MANSION,

NEAR THE POOLSIDE,

Anika was sitting there lost in thoughts, Ishana comes there and sees Anika.

Ishana: Looks like a lot is going on in your mind.

Anika comes out of her thoughts, she looks at Ishana and smiles,

Anika: Nothing much, just like that.
Ishana: You will never change.
Anika: What do you mean?
Ishana: Apne dil ki baatein, dil mein hi rakhti hai.

Ishana smiles at Anika, who understands what Ishana wants to say.

Anika: Actually… I was thinking about Karan… (Ishana looks at her surprised) Don’t look at me like that… It is just that I don’t know what I should do…
Ishana: It’s okay, I understand… It must not be easy for you… But I am happy that at least you gave it a thought.

Shivaay smiles, Priveer look at him confused,

Shivaay: I know Soumya very well, and parties are her thing, she will come and she’ll bring them.
Priyanka: Okay then, it’s almost time, they will come soon.
Ranveer: You both didn’t tell me how you know each other, I know you both consider each other as family, but how do you know one another.
Shivaay: I’ll tell you.

It was night time, and was dark everywhere, Priyanka was coming back from work when some boys started following her, she ignored them and kept walking, but suddenly one of them held her hand, she was shocked but maintained her composure and pushed him away, she slapped him hard,

Priyanka: Dare you come near me, and dare you touch me again. It won’t be good for you.
Boy 1: How dare you slap me? Now you pay for it.
Boy 2: Bahut himmat hai na, now let me see how you escape from here.
Priyanka: I am not afraid of your threats, it’s better you leave before things get difficult for you.

She turned to go but the boy held her hand again and twisted it, she was in pain but managed to free herself, but the other boy held her, she was struggling to free herself, when someone pushed the boy and freed her,

Shivaay: I think you did not understand what she said, but I’ll make you understand.

He punches him hard, the boy fell on the ground as blood came out of his mouth, the other boy came to his help but Shivaay punched him hard. The fight continued for some time but soon the boys ran away.
Shivaay looked at Priyanka,

Shivaay: Are you okay?
Priyanka: Thank you so much Bhaiya.
Shivaay: It’s okay. (He smiled at her and she smiled back) It is getting darker, come I’ll drop you.
Priyanka: It’s okay, I’ll go on my own.
Shivaay: Bhaiya kaha hai toh bhai ki baat bhi maan lo.

They smile at each other.

Priyanka: After that, we met a few more times.
Shivaay: Priyanka became the only family I ever had.
Priyanka: And still you didn’t tell me about your wedding.

ISHKARA’S ROOM,

Ishana was getting reading, she was wearing a peach coloured saree with golden blouse, Om comes there and is mesmerized seeing her, he goes and stands behind her, Ishana looks at him and smiles, he slides his hands along her waist and pulls her back, Ishana looks at him,

Ishana: Om, what are you doing? We are getting late, let me get ready.
Omkara: No, I think we should cancel the plan of going to that party and…

He softly kisses on her neck, Ishana closes her eyes.

Ishana: Om… Let me go… Om…
Omkara: No, I don’t want to let you go.
Ishana: Okay then, I’ll tell Soumya that you want to cancel the plan and then, you pacify her if she gets upset.
Omkara: This is not fair Ishana. You know that I cannot say no to Soumya.
Ishana: I know that. (She kisses on his cheek) Now, let me get ready, otherwise Soumya will come here.
Omkara: She loves parties a lot naa.
Ishana: They are her lifeline, she cannot survive without them.

RUMYA’S ROOM,

Soumya was ready and waiting for Rudra, who was deliberately taking more time to get ready so that he could tease her.

Soumya: Rudra, get ready fast.
Rudra: One minute Soumya, I am not able to decide which blazer to wear.
Soumya: Rudra, wear any blazer, it doesn’t matter. (She said in an irritated tone)

Rudra laughs hearing her,

Rudra is shocked hearing this, before he could react, Soumya latches the door from outside, Rudra knocks the door,

Rudra: You are joking right. You cannot leave me here like this.
Soumya: No, why would I do that?
Rudra: Soumya… This is not fair… Please open the door… I also want to come.
Soumya: I thought you didn’t like parties.
Rudra: No, who told you that, I love parties.
Soumya: Okay, I’ll open the door but you have to come out quickly, and we will leave.

Soumya opens the door and Rudra comes out.

Ishana and Om smile at her antics. They are going when they meet Anika.

Anika: Where are you all going, all dressed up like this?

Anika: Karan invited me for dinner, so I am going there.

Anika smiles at them and leaves.

Omkara: She will.
Soumya: I saw her smiling after a long time.
Rudra: And I hope that it stays like this forever.
Ishana: Karan will make her happy again.
