(Scene in anika’s house….shivaay has folded her hand backside and both are giving each other their Tashan vala look…)
Anika:- I m not coming anywhere….just leave me…(she struggles herself but shivaay tighten his grip)
Shivaay:- I won’t leave u neither divorce u u got that….unless I get my answers I won’t leave u….
Anika:- why should I answer u….what right do u have on me….???
Shivaay:- maybe I should remind u that u r my wife…mr. Anika shivaay singh oberoi…and I am ur husband….and u know what I can do…..
Anika:- (with force leaves Shivaay clutches and slaps him) wow….now u r giving me the right of being ur wife just because I m granddaughter of a famous industrialist…Where was this my wife attitude gone in front of media….????u wanted to seek answers from me Na…first answer my question and then I will answer all ur question…..If I was not granddaughter of a famous industrialist would u still give me rights of being ur wife….???? Will u ..??? Answer me mr. Oberoi….

(Shivaay just stand there silent on anika’s question….)
Anika:- I got my answers….now can u give me divorce papers to sign ….i have lot other work to do….
Shivaay:- court has ordered us to stay together for 6 months before mutual divorce….
Anika:- (sighing and angry) -ok then….i will stay here in my home…I won’t go anywhere….now I can leave….
(Shivaay leaves from there silently…regretting his decision)
(Scene in oberio mansion…dadi and brothers are discussing the incident shivaay describes)
Om:- are u mad Shivaay….u didn’t answer her question …I used to think only rudra is dumb but u also….shivaay atleast now realise ur feeling….u love her….I told u that one day ur habit of khoon and khandaan would make u repent….and see same thing is happening…..
Dadi:- u had proud on ur khoon and khandaan billu….but u couldn’t just answer her simple question….
Shivaay:- -ok my head is paining….i m going to sleep….
Om:- Shivaay…kitna bhi sacchai se bhaag le…but truth is that u love her and now…u will cry losing her…
(Shivaay listens to Om and went from there…)

(Next morning There is a knock on anika’s house…)
Anika:- (yawing) yeh doodhwala jaldi aa gaya….
(She goes and opens the door with container….)
Anika:- (half asleep) aaj jaldi aa gaye bhaiya….
Shivaay:- ahem ahem….
Anika:- (gets shock and awake) u…mr. Oberoi…(sees the bags)Now what is this mr. Oberoi…
Shivaay:- (enters into the house) see I thought u are not gonna come…and I know u won’t change ur decision so I decided to stay with u here…
Anika:- here…
Shivaay:- yess.(bring the bag inside…) where is ur room….i have to keep my clothes…
Anika:- (shocked by the situation) that side….
Shivaay:- thank u…(he goes)
Anika:- (realising moment) oh hello….wait…
(In anika’s room…shivaay unpacks his bag…)
Anika:- oh hello….what….u can’t stay here…
Shivaay:- come on mrs oberoi…now wife can’t stay with husband but a husband can stay with his wife Na…
Anika:- what husband and wife….listen mr. Oberoi….
Shivaay:- yes mrs oberoi….
Anika:- (somewhat loud) u can’t stay here….this is my house…
(Sahil moves due to noise but sleeps again …)
Shivaay:- slowly mrs. Oberoi….sahil will get up….lets talk outside…
(They both go outside)

Shivaay:- now tell…
Anika:- I was saying that u can’t stay here….this is my house….
Shivaay:- no mrs. Oberoi…after marriage….all things from my becomes ours…say this is ours house…
Anika:- shut up shivaay….
Shivaay:- haww…..
Anika:- what….why are u reacting like this….
Shivaay:- u don’t know…in Hindus husband are called as god…. And taking husband’s name after marriage is sin….u should respect ur husband…
Anika:- respect…my foot….are u that capable of earning my respect after what u did with me….
Shivaay:- I know what I did was wrong….and I m sorry for that….and to know ur daily struggles I shifted with you….
Anika:- no Shivaay….u can’t repay all the mistakes u did….u can’t gain my respect….s o it’s better u leave me and go to ur status wife tia…and be happy….
Shivaay:- no anika….main maafi le bigar nahi jaaunga….
Anika:- -ok….then u can stay as a guest here and leave whenever u want…but remember…..this is my house….not ur mansion….u have to stay according to me…don’t think u can make ur place in my house…
(Anika goes…)
Shivaay:- don’t worry anika….i would make my place in this house and in ur heart too….just wait and watch….?
