Author’s note – most probably I will post the next update in the New Year. The reason being that I have my exam coming up and then my internship for which I will have to go outside. But I promise I will try my best to post the updates. Sorry.
Oberoi Mansion –
It was a new day. Everybody was little bit upset due to the incident which happened yesterday night. Everyone is waiting for dadi at the breakfast table as the entire family has their meals together.
Shivay – I know this is silence is because of me. I am sorry once again. I promise to control my anger.
All the elders said ok.
Tej calls the servant and orders him to call dadi. But dadi comes on her own. Rudra cracks lame jokes to lessen the pressure and distress among everyone. Listening to his bad jokes, everybody starts laughing.
Rudra – no one thinks about me. No one loves me. He says this with a puppy face.
Shivay – Abey o drama company. Say directly what do u want?…
Om interrupting Shivay – what will he need Shivay?
Shivay – rudra whatever u want, it is kept in your room. Go and take it.
Rudra happily jumps and shouts.
Tej shouts – what d hell is this? R u a small kid? Idiot…. U have grown have to be 28 year old man but still your acts are like Ansh….
Pinky interrupted tej – oh my ma….
Tej indicated pinky to keep shut.
Tej – shivay, mark my words, you are making his habits very bad and all those people who are supporting Rudra will regret it. Who will say he is an Oberoi? Who will say he is the brother of India’s richest MD’s brother, Shivay Singh Oberoi’s brother? Who will say that he is the brother of world famous painter, Omkara Singh Oberoi? Who will say he is my son, Shakti’s nephew? Your mother, your bhabhi, despite of being married women are working? Both of them had taken break when they became mother but they both joined their job once the children became big enough to get handled by themselves, by the family members and the servants. Pinky no matter she is not going outside, but she is handling all the responsibilities of Oberoi Mansion from the day when Jhanvi started working and this is also not a small job. Rudra tell me one thing, have you inherited anything from me?
On listening to Tej’s last sentence, dadi could not control her laughter. She started laughing.
Tej – what so funny Maa? I did not crack a joke like your bigda grandson.
Dadi – really tej. U asked rudra that did he inherit anything from u? How can u ask this question to him? Afterall, both of u, father and son, both of u flirt with the girls. U both are a girl charmer. How can u forget that u at your days had got the award for the most eligible bachelor of India? U got that award for a 3 times in a row. And rudra has already got 4, one more than u.
All started laughing.
Tej – maa it’s not funny. Rudra needs to realize his responsibilities. Its high time. If he is not interested in business like om, then he should say that. I know I will not agree at first. But I will think over that. Am I not allowing Om to do painting? Am I not encouraging him? I am doing that right because I know that’s his forte. Rudra needs expensive cars and Shivay gifts him. Rudra should also know that how money comes.
Dadi tried to interrupt tej but jhanvi also said that tej is right. Listening to so much scolding rudra went away. Except tejvi, all tried to stop him but tejvi did not allow anyone to do so.
Tej – I know amongst all the family members, rudra will defintly agree to this person. I know he can never refuse her. So I have caller her. She will be reaching by today evening. Jhanvi make sure that all the arrangements are done. I don’t want that she should face any problem because if she faces I won’t tolerate that.
Everyone had got the idea that who is coming. So all started in the preparations. Both jhanvi and anika decided not to go the NGO which they are running but pinky assured them that she will take care of everything and dadi is also there to help her.
Dadi – pinky is saying right jhanvi. U both go to the NGO. People there need u. and jhanvi u also have your case hearing today. All the best for that. I know u will win like always.
Tej, Shakti, shivay were leaving for office.
Dadi – did u guys wish all the best to jhanvi.
Shivay – why to wish her all the best? We all know that she will defientely win this case like always afterall she is the best advocate for matters related to women crime.
Both tej and Shakti nodded in yes to what shivay said.
All left for their offices. Dadi and pinky are busy in making the room fine for her.
