Characters are pretty much same as in show, shivika are married now but as a part of deal after tia and daksh ran away a day before marriage and Gayatri’s death and omkara’s past did not happen.
So,
2yrs have passed Oberoi family fell apart as the past deeds of Tej and Shakti were exposed(will be revealed in upcoming episodes).
After truth came out Tej and Shakti were arrested and are in jail,omkara left the house with his so called sister Soumya ad he could bear living there any more after knowing the truth.shivay went missing after he went to bring om back home and never returned.since them Rudy is taking care of the house and business with the help of jahnvi and anika and he has become exact copy of shivay and hates Tej , Shakti and most of all om as he blames him for leaving the family when they needed him most.
PS:Om and ishana are married and live in small place near city.
