The Episode starts with Shivaye coming to meet Anika. Shivaye says I broke you in 72 hours, accept your failure, take this blank cheque, write any figure, check mate…. Some time before, Shivaye asks Dadi not to get sad, she can meet Bua anytime. Rudra jokes and says my hair got dry, I think I need treatment. Shivaye asks him to get it done. Rudra goes. Dadi says Roop broke my heart doing that. Om says I think we did hurry to judge Bua.

Shivaye reminds what Roop did with Jhanvi. Om says every coin has two sides, we know what Bua did, not why she did this, we never know why person is helpless. He recalls Ishana’s words and says when person has money, its easy for him to become nice guy, when person does not have money, we can’t imagine what they have to go through. Shivaye thinks of Anika. Rudra comes and asks Shivaye to massage. Shivay says fine, ready Rudra, and does massage to Dadi. Rudra says I m not feeling anything and sees Shivaye doing massage to Dadi’s hair. Shivaye asks him to come and continue. He gets Anika’s call. She says I want to meet you. She recalls his words. He thinks of her words and smiles.

Anika stands in rain. She is in middle of the road. Shivaye comes there to meet her. He gets down his car holding an umbrella and walks to her. He smiles and sees her shivering in rain. He acts to call ambulance, as she acted to call fire bridage. He asks can you come, Miss Anika’s ego is breaking. He says this rain has hide tears, not failure, you have lost. He says its just 72 hours, I did what I said. She recalls his words. He says I broke you within 72 hours, whats your price…. He shows her the cheque.

She says you really did a lot in 72 hours, you snatched my tender. FB shows their arguments. She says you made my lawyer run away with my money, now you snatched my house too, but if you are thinking you have made me lose, you are mistaken, my enmity is just 72 hours old, but I have strong enmity with life, if life could not fail me, what will you fail me, I called you here so that I tell you that your time is over and even then I m standing head high infront of you, you have lost Mr. Shivaye Singh Oberoi, you have lost. Shivaye looks at her.

He throws his umbrella and stands in rain. She starts leaving. He holds her hand and stops her. He claps and says brilliant, you spoke well, even if its good, your stomach can’t be fed by it, it can’t turn failure to victory. She says I got victory, I think you failed for the first time, so you did not realize, its fine, you will get habitual. He says we will see who gets habitual of what, there is few hours for 24 hours to end, when you don’t have roof on your head, this attitude won’t work, money will work. She recalls Sahil.

He asks her to accept defeat and shows the blank cheque. He asks her to fill amount she feels right. She thinks of Sahil and holds the cheque. Shivaye smiles and says check mate. He recalls her words and does his signature step. He goes to his car. Anika gets sad. Kise puchon hai aisa kyu…………….plays……………. She sits down and cries. Shivaye gets in his car and sees her in mirror. He leaves from the place.

Ishana’s sister asks her did she meet Om, what happened, why are you refusing for noodles, did he say anything. Ishana says no, I was upset. Her sister asks did he call you Madhuri or Alia. Ishana says I met him just as Ishana. Her sister says you don’t even meet yourself as Ishana.

Om makes the statue. Shivaye says its good. Om says person becomes an artist when he has much pain, he gets his pain in his art. Shivaye asks why don’t you show this to world. Om says its valuable when its in eyes. Shivaye says I think you got a new inspiration and muse. Om says maybe, how was your day. Shivaye says I understood again that everything can be bought in the world, price should be right. He thinks of Anika.

Ishana says Om was concerned about my wound and wanted to help, he said world can see wound but no one sees pain. Her sister asks whats your plan, you have to break him. Their dad says no, Ishana has to break and go to him, some people like to join broken things, Om has come to Ishana seeing her in pain. Her sister says some guys are sensitive. Ishana says he is a nice guy, I don’t want to break him. Her dad says he is nice and rich, focus on your aim. She thinks of Om’s words and says he is really a nice guy, I don’t like to hurt him, who is already broken within wants to join others, I don’t want to break him more. Her sister asks her to go anything, but first have this food. Ishana smiles.

Om asks Shivaye why does he look sad. Shivaye jokes on Rudra. He says I m very happy, someone tried to hurt our family, I showed her place. Om asks why is your happiness not seen. Shivaye asks how to express happiness, I m not artist to play piano, I m happy. Anika looks out of her window. Shivaye gets thinking.

Precap:
Shivaye spins the rolled flat flour and sees Anika at home. The flour flat falls and flour gets over Tia’s face. Rudra, Om and Shivaye look at Anika, and neglect to see Tia. Shivaye goes to Anika.
