Ishqbaaaz fame Shubha Rajput and Vibhav Roy all set to tie the knot
Actress Shubha Rajput, who is best known for her role as Priyanka in Ishqbaaaz, and actor Vibhav Roy, are all set to get engaged on December 25 in Delhi. For those unversed, Shubha and Vibhav met during the shoot of the web series, Pyar Ishq Rent, in 2019.
The actress talked about it during a recent interview and shared, “Vibhav and I have been dating for a while and decided to get engaged. Most of Vibhav’s relatives are settled in America and this being a holiday season for them, we thought this would be a perfect time. Everybody will be able to join in. Also, it’s an auspicious date. It will be a close-knit ceremony.”
When asked about their wedding plans, Shubha replied, “We will see how things roll and how we are placed in terms of our work schedule. We must think about the family also and their availability. We just thought about going ahead with the engagement for now. Once that’s done, all of us will sit together and talk about the wedding.”
The actress is currently busy shopping for her engagement. Talking about it she said, “Everything including the venue has been booked and taken care of. The only thing that needs to be done is my shopping. I couldn’t get the outfit I had in mind the last time I was in Delhi. Since its last minute, I will look for something that’s closest to what I have envisioned. Vibhav has designed his own outfit and I must match up to his. It will be a task for me (smiles). I will try to coordinate with his outfit. Fingers crossed!”
On the work front, Vibhav, who has been part of shows like Gustakh Dil, Doli Armaanon Ki, and the movie, Padmaavat, was last seen in Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan. The actor is now all set to return to the small screen with Meri Saas Bhoot Hai.
