Dev’s test for Sameeksha
Morning,
Dev (Arjun)is sitting in study room and he is typing something . He takes out the print. Roma Raichand comes to him.Roma Raichand- “ What are you doing?” Dev- “ I just changed something in our business proposal and we will give this to Sameeksha Chowdhary “. Roma Raichand takes it from him and reads it. Roma Raichand- “ What you are upto? Why did you made such changes?”. Dev – “ If she is Samika , then she will agree to invest money without any issues. Samika won’t let go a chance to be with us if she has came back for revenge “. Roma Raichand- “ If she is Samika it will be her last day in this world and this time there won’t be any mistake “. Dev – “ Dhruv Bhaiya would get angry for changing the proposal .Mom please make him understand”. Roma Raichand- “ I will take care of it”.
C square office , conference room.
Sameeksha Chowdhary ( Alisha)comes to the room with her female secretary.She is wearing a white and aqua green formal suit paired with white heels. She looks like a stylish professional business women.She sits in her chair which is placed front -center. To her right side, Mr.Chowdhary is seated and her left side – Roma Raichand, Dev ,Dhruv & Prithvi are seated. Dhruv is little upset. Business proposal paper is kept in front of Mr.Chowdhary.He gives it to Sameeksha . She takes it and reads it. Dev , Roma Raichand, Dhruv looking at her. Sameeksha – “ I think this is a good deal”. Dev smiles confidently. Roma Raichand ( in mind) – “ That means she is .. Samika “. Dev – “ So let’s lock this right?” Sameeksha – “ I haven’t completed … Yes this a good deal but not for me. If this is your profitable proposal, better look for someone else to invest in your project”. She tears it apart . Mr.Chowdhary looks at her. Dev – “ But ..”. Sameeksha – “ What do you felt that Iam a fool to invite troubles for my company. Mr .Mehra was right, it’s waste of money and time investing in your company”. Roma Raichand- “ Mr.Mehra ?”. Sameeksha – “ I told you before I have history and present of people with whom I work . Mr.Mehra and I meet to know what gone wrong in your association with his company “. Dev- “ It wasn’t purposeful one but was an accident “. Sameeksha – “ This is business Mr.Dev Raichand , here silly mistakes are also counted . The meeting is over . Roopa get them some refreshments before they leave”. Dev and Roma Raichand gets shocked. Dhruv gets angry. Sameeksha leaves the room. Mr. Chowdhary- “ I told you before that she is very strict when it comes on her business. She wasn’t interested in investing in your company after meeting Mr. Mehra . It was because of my recommendation she agreed to have a talk and you people just ruined it“. He leaves. Dhruv Raichand- “ Now happy ! You always listen to Dev. I was against this idea. I told you not to mix business and personal life. But won’t listen to me”. He leaves. Roma Raichand is angry. Dev – “ Mom!”. Roma Raichand- “ Not this time.. Dhruv is right”. Dev – “ Listen, if this deal got spoiled by me then I assure you that I will make everything fine before evening. This is my word”. Roma Raichand looks at him and leave. Prithvi also leaves. Dev – “ You won in your first test but won’t believe you “.
It’s lunch time, Sameeksha is having her lunch in her cabin. Dev knocks on the door. Sameeksha looks surprisingly. Dev – “ Can I come in?”. Sameeksha – “ No. Can’t you see that having my lunch? Don’t you have some manners? “. Dev- “ I just need, 5 minutes. I thought not to waste your other time. After all time is valuable right”. Sameeksha – “ I don’t want to have a talk with you”. Dev – “ Just few minutes, if you feel that Iam wasting your time then tell me. I will leave”. Sameeksha is irritated and ask him- “ Ok fine , come in”. He comes in and she ask him to take the seat . He seats and see her having fried rice. He thinks.
(FB- Dev and Samika is at restaurant. Waiter serves them fried rice. Samika- “ Bhaiya get me some Emlli chutney ( Tamarind chutney)”. Dev – “ Emlli chutney ?” Samika- “ I love it with fried rice. It’s really good combination”. Dev – “ Really.. but isn’t it a weird combination? “. Samika- “ You haven’t tried it that’s why you feel that it’s weird”. Waiter brings it. Samika – “ Just try it , Iam sure you would love it”. She compels him and he reluctantly try it. He looks her and she ask him to try. ( Ishq Mein Marjawan song played) Dev- “ Yeah it’s nice”. Samika- “ I told you”. She smiles and have it.He looks at her.)
Dev looks at it and smiles. Sameeksha – “ Why are you staring like this on my food? Do you need something to eat?” Dev – “ No,I got into a thought .. leave it”. Sameeksha – “ Ok , tell me what do you want to talk? “. Dev – “ I really want to apologize for that proposal conditions. Why don’t we discuss about it once more? You tell me your conditions and let’s work it out”. Sameeksha – “ I don’t find any point at talking further “. Dev – “ You won’t regret making an investment in our project. I can assure you that. Conditions will be yours”. Sameeksha – “ Really! Ok profit share will be 60-40 . 60 ours and 40 yours. We won’t share loss .You should agree to all of my suggestions“. Dev looks on. Sameeksha – “ See your face after hearing few conditions . That’s why I told you there is no point in talking further because you won’t be able to fulfill them“. Dev – “ Can you give us some time ? “ Sameeksha – “ Ok. Till next day, 10 am . Not a minute more”. Dev – “ Ok “. Sameeksha – “ I hope now you will let me have my food peacefully. So please .” She show hand towards the door.Dev gets up . Dev – “ Thank you. You can try Emlli Chutney with fried rice it’s good combination “. Dev tries to see her expression but she doesn’t react to it differently. Sameeksha – “ Emlli Chutney with Fried rice ? You are really strange by your behavior and choice”. Dev – “ May you change your opinion once you try it. Someone really special suggested me this combination “. Sameeksha – “ I think your choice of people are also strange”. Dev smiles and leaves.
Raichand Mansion.
Dhruv , Dev and Roma Raichand is talking about the Sameeksha’s conditions.
Dhruv- “ I think this is fair enough. Let’s go with these conditions. Anyway Dev’s test result is negative .So we need not worry about her“. Dev – “ I don’t believe her even now. Maybe it’s her plan and if it is so she is a step ahead us”. Dhruv- “ Really? Dev your focus is on her only and my focus is on making our company position better. This is the difference “. Dev – “ You are just thinking about short term benefits and Iam thinking about long term survival. You always get me wrong. If she is back for revenge then this deal will be a key to our destruction”. Roma Raichand- “ Dev , Why are you taking her arrival so serious? Maybe she is not Samika. See , her conditions shows that she is least interested in investing money . I think we should go ahead with this deal and we will see what to do if she becomes a threat for us”. Dhruv- “ Iam heading this project and I can take decision for my project. I hope that your dear son Dev will not interfere in this project further”. Dev gets irritated. Dev goes to his room.
Dev is inside his room and standing . Trisha comes in to his room. Trisha ( Nia) – “ Baby ,What happened? Are you upset? “ Dev – “ No one is understanding the danger if she is ….” Trisha hold his shoulders and makes him sit on the bed. Trisha sits beside him and talk – “ I can understand you . But I don’t think worrying would help. And if she is acting she will make some for sure.Just be patient! Relax … “ Dev – “ She is not making any mistake… I tried to make her recall a small incident… Not a single change in her reaction “. Trisha- “ If she is well prepared she will be prepared for such small test. Hit her weakness . Iam sure she will give some hint for sure”. Dev smiles and hold her hand. Dev – “ You are right. Thank you for being my side always “. Trisha – “ Don’t be so formal. I love you and just want to be with you always. Now relax and take rest. Good night “. Dev – “ Good night “. Trisha leaves the room. Trisha- “ I will stand with you always and will never let you go away from me. It’s important for me to know that if she is Samika or not. I can’t take risk again. I hate her “.
Next day morning. Sameeksha’s house.
Sameeksha is doing yoga. She is about to conclude. Mr. Chowdhary gets a call. He comes to Sameeksha. Mr. Chowdhary- “ Dhruv Raichand called now and he agreed to your conditions. They want to meet us further discussion”. Sameeksha smiles and says – “ So the fish is caught. Great ! Things are going as per plan “. Mr. Chowdhary – “ Yes. So what’s next? “. Sameeksha – “ Meeting Raichands . It’s time for the real game !”
Precap :- Sameeksha is having meeting with Dhruv Raichand, Roma Raichand and Dev Raichand . Sameeksha – “ I want you people to prove that my investment would be profitable before I sign the agreement “. Dhruv Raichand is confused. Dev smiles and says – “Sure.. “. Sameeksha looks him & he smiles.
